Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I can see why this place is only rated at 3.8. My first time ordering from Papa John’s and not satisfied. Not only was it $45+ for one large pizza and a medium pizza, but I thought I ordered garlic Parmesan breadsticks with it but when my delivery came (about 5-10minutes late), no bread. Called the manager and she said no breadsticks were on my ticket, but I ordered and it’s not my fault there was a communication problem with the person taking my order. Then the manager hung up on me after she kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain, with not even a sorry or anything. Will never order again...

Drove 20 minutes to this location arrived at 10:30 the business closes at 11 Pm kids are hungry in the car. they refused to take my order because they said ohh we stopped taking carry outs orders !! Please give me a reason why you would not take a customer that came to your pizza shop and your oven is still working making pizzas and your business hours says 11 ?! And wondering why businesses are going out of business because of employees...

I ordered on their app buy one get one free. The app changed one on my pizzas to a smaller size and I didn’t see it until I went to pick it up. They said the only thing they could do was remake it but I would have to wait 30 more minutes. They also didn’t seem to care that they were going to be losing my business.
