Went through the drive thru on our way home from North Carolina. Someone took our order, handed them my card, they said to go around to the corner to pay. We went around. The boy who was supposed to take our payment, his card swiping system was down. Then another girl came by and talked to the boy, realized his card machine was down and proceeded to ask me for payment. I gave her my card, she took off running around the building with it in order for someone to charge it. I had no idea where she went. I’m sitting at the window picking up my order and asked for my card back. The kid behind the window proceeded to hand me someone else’s card. I yelled no to the lady behind him saying no that’s my card. Not only we’re there two peoples cards in the cashiers hands but he didn’t even ask me what my name was before handing me back a card. This was uncalled for & beyond disorganized. What happened if I was in a higher truck, saw there were two cards there, and asked for “my card” back knowing I already had mine. Very unsafe and I will never go back to that location. There is so much identity theft going on in the world I don’t need that while traveling and eating at a chain fast food restaurant. Read moreDont usally like to complain and would give 5 stars but I ordered a number 7 large size plus a #7 entre to split with my wife cause usally its perfect that way as well as the free kids meal Monday which is great but if I had to complain itd be the medium quantity fry in the large size box as if it being half full still counts as a large I think not and I was charged extra money to get no tomato which makes no sense unless they come prepared which they hopfully dont which if not I dont see the reason in that next time I'll just toss it away and let the bugs get it right thatd be better than getting taxed on something I'm not receiving 🤦♂️ but yeah other than that wonderful people there just rushing everything out to the point where I wasnt asked if I wanted any sauce and had to ask after I got my order which took up more time and also I didnt receive any napkins which you definitely need with these juicy sandwiches but anyway I itd be nice to get a normal large fry instead of a medium and napkins and sauce and to not be charged for being...
Read moreThis CFA has gone way down in quality of service. The indoor dining experience was different than the typical CFA experience. A couple days ago, I was second in line and never was talked to or acknowledged then a second cashier came over and didn't go to me but the man behind to cut in line. Never spoke to me. I walked out because they were so slow and never said a word to me. "My Pleasure" is lost on half of the employees. I'll be going to the other CFA's in the area over this one. The indoor dining make shift wall is junky looking and makes if feel unclean. The condiments also are mostly behind the counter so you have to wait a long time to get those things while food is getting cold at your table. The slow speed and goofing off/personal conversations as employees is unexpected at a CFA. I've had drive thru orders missing all condiments and napkins. It just has added up to where I don't like this location at all anymore. Also, bring back the Christian music please. We supported CFA as our fast food because of it's values but they are...
