I would give this store 0 stars if I could. I ordered 2 medium slushes ($8.24 plus 1 dollar tip) from this store at about 6:35pm, after 25 minutes of my drinks not being delivered I decided to press the talk button to speak to someone and they told me that they were in a rush and that our drinks were coming out now. I was understanding because everyone has a rush now and then, the only problem was I had somewhere to be at by 8. We waited another 20 (around 7:20) before we decided we couldn't wait any longer and called them again to see if they were still going to deliver them, the guy was really rude (like I was in the wrong) and told me that they were in a rush and they are trying to get everyones drink out chronologically. At that point we had to leave so I kindly asked for a refund because I had to leave just for him to tell me I won't be refunded until my drinks came out and I'll have to wait an unspecified amount of time until they could get to my order. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes for my order at any sonic, but over 40 minutes? That's a little excessive for two slushies. Now that in itself wasn’t really the problem, they said they didn’t have the technology to do that. I understand, but when the girl working the drive thru window shuts the window in my face while I’m speaking and insults me, now that’s uncalled for. The manager came over and apologized for her behavior but the girl working the window was arguing over the managers shoulder at me and the manager had to put her hand up to get her to be quiet while she tried to handle the situation. I understand you are probably short staffed and looking to hire anyone that can help, but in the end you should look to hire people that show respect to the patron. The lady at the window just tried to shove someone else's card at me and hurriedly said, "Have a great day!" I told her it wasn't mine. So she says, "Your card isn't blue?" Like she doesn't believe me, lol. Then they fix it, and she hands me my own card and again rushes through another "have a great day!" without giving me my drink. I tell her and she grabs it and gives me a third, "Have a great day!' Throughout all of this, she never explained their mess up (I saw it on my banking app after she tried to hand me someone else's card) or apologized for it or anything.
