Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

May 26, 2018. Extremely upset. Have been a customer for years and will never come back. Submitted an order online and never received a confirmation email. Called store to confirm. Was told the order does not exist and they could not help us. The order appeared in my order history. Checked credit card statement and had been billed for meal. Called back and insisted that our order be honored, since we had been charged. Drove to the store and we provided evidence of our order, both by credit card statement and papa account. We were laughed at and treated so rudely. We were told that nothing could be done because the order was not shown on the screen at the store. We asked to speak with the manager, but unfortunately already were. Farid Ahammed was very rude and unhelpful. He declined allowing us to contact web services with the store phone, together, saying it was our responsibility and our problem. We contacted web services and waited on hold for 12 minutes. Crystal was incredibly helpful and informed us that there was a glitch that prohibited online orders from being sent to the appropriate stores. She stated that she would personally call the store and ensure our order was completed. We have now been in the store for over 35 minutes and our order hasn't been started. Farid has been on the phone for the last 10 minutes and no one else seems to be able to help us or confirm the order. I wish I could give them no stars to post this review. I had a couple people over to my apartment to watch a movie. I placed my order at 5:30pm. We were still waiting for the pizza by the time the movie was over. I went to the establishment but there was a line that has form straight to the outside. Was a very cold night that day. I got a call from Doordash when I was at the Papa Johns parking lot. Apparantly Papa Johns sent a Doordash person to pickup my order. I somewhat raced home and met him. It was four hours after I called in my order that I got my pizza. They offered a 50% discount on my next order.

After a few weeks passed I called Papa Johns trying to place another order and use my 50% discount but no one answered. I got fed up and ordered from Pizza Hut. I got my order delivered on time. I don't recommend this Papa John's...

I once bought wings and they gave me some sort of spicy garlic knots. When I came home I noticed the mistake and called them back. They told me to bring them back to the store. When I went back they took the spicy knots back (God forbids they gave them to someone else) and told me to write an email and wait for their response. I don’t think this is a corporate store because the email was not from Papa Johns. Two years later I am still waiting for my refund. Poor customer service. I have never gone back to this store. I prefer to drive to Wilson Boulevard to buy anything from them or not buy anything at all. They will never see me again. There are other many options to choose from.
