The flame broiled and buttered bun along with the perfectly cooked and tender burger meat just satisfies you a different way when you arnt the one cooking it. I've never had a burger come close to replicating that taste my dad is able to achieve on his webber even with my own trial and error. Then there was cowboy cafe. I'm currently enjoying my after dinner beer while happily writing this out. The craziest part is this burger and patty isn't even cooked over charcoal. I know that for a fact just from the taste, but that didnt do the burger any dis-service. In fact I didnt even care the damn thing was so good i finished it before my fries. You can tell a lot from a resturuant when they are able to take the basics and exceed your expectations, no fancy sauce or weird wagyu mix.
