Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Virginia

Can’t complain about the pizza, but the delivery people need card readers. I wasn’t asked for my credit card number over the phone, so while I was prepared to give the driver a fair tip, I had to empty my wallet when he arrived and have my girlfriend scrounge for cash to pay him. In the end he got a tip less than what he deserved because he didn’t have a card reader and I was never asked for my card number over the phone. I shouldn’t have to unexpextedly run around to find cash and the driver shouldn’t have to be short or a tip because I didn’t have enough cash prepared. I’m not even sure if they’ll deliver to me again because of the short tip; the driver made it clear he drove 8 miles to get to me. Now I may not be able to get pizza delivered here anymore and it wasn’t even my fault.

The owner(s) should be ashamed and embarrased allowing this to happen. Not fair to their employees...

I placed an order with them about a couple weeks ago. It took them over an hour n a half to deliver I called and spoke with the manager and he told me my next pizza would be free. So the other night I had company an they order from them for delivery. I called today to redeem my free pizza and was told by the manager that I couldn’t receive it because of the order that was made the other day which was paid for not the free pizza that was due to me. He told me since that mistake happened a couple weeks ago that he could not validate my free pizza mind you he never gave me a time limit on when I needed to call to redeem the free pizza which they were late bringing to me. I will never order from them again! Worst customer...

I’m rating this 1 because there isn’t 0. I placed an order for Spaghetti and meatballs and this is my usual order from pizza bolis. Right now I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of food I got. The spaghetti was very soggy and watery like you can see in the picture. The serving was very small compared to what I usually get. I usually get a full plate, but this time I got half a plate. I called the pizza bolis restaurant to complain and the person I spoke to hung up on me.
