PLEASE DO NOT WAIST Your time with the con artist that work at this location Falls Church Arlington Boulevard these people are inconsiderate and they will deceive you. The salesperson lied Period!!! It's the worst experience ever in my life…and they don't know any thing about Customer service.no Refunds On a lease agreement this is a lie. I was told by the manager that even after I return the furniture to the store on the same day that the delivery guys bought the furniture to my home that progressive leasing had already paid them and I would still be charged and this would no longer be their problem!!! First I refuse the items because the order was not correct the delivery was not what I ordered. I ordered three items and only two items was delivered. I immediately called the manager to try and fix the situation because I honestly believed at this time that it was a mistake and it could be easily fixed and because I really wanted the furniture but to my surprise the manager yelled at me and wanted to argue so I simply said no need to argue Sir about the delivery that I have already refused your guys have already left my home and they’re on the way back to the store with the items that I am not in possession of the manager stated that I would still be charged for the merchandise Even though I refused to take possession of the order I called progressive leasing and was able to cancel the lease agreement with no problems and no penalties!!! We are very disappointed because we bought a set of a table that brought 4 chairs and they looked nice so we bought 2 extra ones and now none of them work the cushion is terrible when we sit down we can feel the springs and that was about a year ago and this was a terrible purchase. This has to be the best experience I've ever had at a furniture store hands down. Store was very clean, I had many questions regarding furniture for my new home and they answered everything. Thank you for your patience with me... I can't wait to come back and shop again. 10/10 recommend...
