Quickway Japanese Hibachi — Restaurant in Virginia

Very bad service at this restaurant located at 6136 F Arlington, since the cashiers are more focused on their cell phones than serving customers. On Wednesday, January 22, I went to buy some meat and when they gave me my order I saw that in my order there was not only meat (Meat), there was also chicken that I did not order chicken and meat but the cashier who was there at that time was with her phone in her hand and for a moment I thought it was my mistake but no, it was a mistake on the part of the cashier who pays more attention to her cell phone than when she took my order and she took it wrong and when I wanted to complain about my order I only wanted meat and she told me that it had been my mistake and I wasn't going to change it for a long time. I insisted that it was the cashier's mistake and she told me that I had eaten the chicken. That was disrespectful because she was very rude to me saying that I had eaten the chicken. The people who cook asked her if she could fix it but she said that. They guy who hands the food to the customers is very rude!!! Came in today 10/23/23 and ordered beef, noodles and white rice and decided to add extra beef and I also ordered 2 extra sauces. I didn’t realize that I had to mention which sauce I wanted even this the cashiers never asked me which sauce I wanted. Anyways when my number was called I told the guy that I ordered 2 extra sauces that they add after the food is done. He rudely replied and said that the receipt says yum yum sauce. Lol I then told him that the cashier never asked me which sauce I wanted and I asked him if there was a price difference. He then replied saying that it was the same price!!!! So what was the problem to begin with??? If anything it’s the cashier fault for not asking me which sauce I wanted… I been there a few times and that same guy who hands me the food is always so stingy about their sauce even tho I paid for it!!! Lol to make things worse, the good that I got today was super salty!!!! Terrible experience at this location. I placed an order online for pickup. Once i arrived at location doors were locked, there were employees inside walking around. Tried calling phone number, no answer, multiple people waiting outside that had also placed online orders. Finally an employee came, quickly said they were closed and proceeded to get inside his vehicle. I had received confirmation of order and card had already been charged, i tried calling again and looking for customer service number. All Customer service numbers listed online are not working. Finally another employee came out gave no explanation just said we can try to refund you or you can pick up order in one hour. This was a company order so i did not have physical card with me for refund.
