Cashier's do not attend to people, whoever comes in finds that people (consumers) stand there not doing anything. They make you wait too long, as I said nobody does anything. They ignore you too. An old man acts like he is deaf. (If he really is deaf, forgive me God) Space is very small, we have no space. Tell me why they built a restaurant when there is no space? To take more money. Why did they do a second business when the first needs more work? Employees cannot attend two jobs at the same time. The cashiers are very gossipy and talk instead of doing their job. And people are very nosey too.

SOLUTIONS The cashiers need to get it together and serve people faster. And the old man who acts deaf should learn good behavior. Hire more employees. Last thing, make the space bigger, remove those candies in front of the cashiers. have a good day and think long before going to this restaurant and that this restaurant has an open mind for changes.

los cajeros no atienden a la gente, el qué entra es encontrara que la gente (los consumidores) se paran ahí asiendo nada. Te asen esperar demasiado tiempo, como dije nadie asé nada. No te ponen caso tampoco. Un viejo se ase como que es sordo. (Si de verdad es sordo, perdóname Dios) 4.el espacio es muy chiquito, no tenemos espacio. ¿Dígame porque construyeron un restaurante cuando no hay espacio? Para quitarnos más dinero. ¿Porque hicieron un segundo negocio cuando el primero necesita más trabajo? Los empleados no pueden atender a dos trabajos al mismo tiempo. 6.los/las cajeras son muy chismosas y hablan en vez de hacer su trabajo. Y la gente son muy chismosas también.

SOLUCIONES Las carreras necesitan ponerse las pilas y atender a gente más rápido. Y el viejito que se hace el sordo que aprenda buena conducta. Contraten a mas empleados. Última cosa, hagan el espacio más grande, quiten esos dulces al frente de las cageras. tengan buen día y que piensen mucho antes de ir a este restaurante y que este restaurante tenga una mente abierta...

English: My family really values this store, it always had what we need and that is why I am very disappointed with the service. Also there is an snowcone machine which is hardly ever used. There is always an excuse as to why it’s not working. Today I saw it being used but guess what? There were 2 woman on the phone with a man and the man was asking for a snowcone. And of course he got because he’s part of their family! The girl making him the cone was probably his daughter! It’s completely ridiculous. The workers in here act like it’s their playground instead of work. I hope this gets resolved soon.
