Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Virginia

I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience. I ordered a Chicken Fajita medium pizza and was charged $13. When I inquired about the difference between “white” and “cheese” options, the employee informed me that “white” referred to garlic sauce. Based on this information, I specifically requested the pizza with garlic sauce.

After approximately 10 minutes, I returned to collect the pizza and asked if it included a dip. The employee stated that the sauce was already on the pizza. Upon inspecting the pizza, I discovered it was not prepared according to my order but was instead a “white pizza,” which I did not request. The employee then informed me that the correct price for a medium pizza is $20, which I had already paid. Despite my clear communication, the employee wrongly insisted that the error was mine.

This was my first time ordering from this place, I was glad to find out there was no pork in their menu, even the bacon and ham were made from turkey. I placed an order online through their website for 3 pizzas to be delivered. The delivery went through DoorDash and the driver assigned seemed confused and inexperienced, he said had trouble finding the location, and when he messaged me to confirm the address, he insisted that it is not the address the app gave him. He then proceeded to leave the delivery under a random tree and send me a picture of it with a rough location not near my home, marked my food as delivered and did not return my calls.

I called the pizza store and they offered to make me 3 new pizzas and send them to me at no additional charge.

Customer service was excellent on their behalf despite that DoorDash driver messed up.

The quality of the food is outstanding — every bite of my pizza was bursting with flavor, and you can tell they use the freshest ingredients. Plus, they have a fantastic selection of beverages to complement your meal.

Whether you're in Lancaster or Gainesville, Pizza Boli's delivers the same incredible experience. I highly recommend both locations for anyone looking for great pizza and superb service. I can't wait to come back...
