Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Virginia

I was going to give this pizza place a bad rating. Long story short, i order a large pie, wings and a soda. I called bolis multiple times and stated to call me when delivery is outside due to me living in a basement apt.... 20 mins passed i called, 35 mins passed i called, 1 hr passed and thats when I got the bad news i was trying to avoid all together smh lol they told me my food was delivered!!! The delivery guy give my (paid for) food to someone else and he never called me once they was here (problem could’ve been avoided by just calling me as I mentioned multiple times).

Now lets fast forward: after arguing and proving i haven’t received any food, bolis agreed and confirmed that his delivery guy indeed delivered my food to the wrong address. So for that bolis refunded my money anddddddd give me a 20% discount on a future order (which at the time I thought i would never order from here again).

Fast forward: my girlfriend forced me in giving this place another chance due to the good reviews and hearing so much good things about bolis pizza. I really thought they would have forgotten about the discount better yet forgotten about me all together but surprisingly they remembered and apologize again for the inconvenience. His customer service skills was perfect and I felt comfortable ordering again! they called when they arrived which was a plus because i got the food this time lol and o boy!!!! Im glad i give them another shot! BEST PIZZA AND WINGS IN WOODBRIDGE PERIOD!!!!!!!!! Im from nyc and i know pizza lol by far the BEST PIZZA IN WOODBRIDGE!!! I literally dont have anything bad to say. When i want pizza this place will always be my goto hands down!! I dont know if they made mines extra perfect or something lol but everything was perfect and again the only pizza place i would order in...

0 stars would be a more appropriate rating this place is HORRIBLE if you are a boneless wing fan please DO NOT BUY THEM HERE !!! The picture below is what we received I ordered spicy bbq as the picture looks they were PLAIN !!! It took them 3 tries to finally get the sauce for my wings we paid a good amount of money because it was company lunch !!!! & got offered nothing !!! Just a bad lunch experience Just don't bother!! Got only 13 pieces of pepperoni on my pizza and barely any chicken.It looked like they chopped the chicken to make it small.I paid money for that pizza.I didn't get it for free ! Pakistani people are who cheap and stingy.I told all my family and friends not to eat from here.Thwy always put very less toppings as if they are giving us free food !!! I called them to speak to the owner.The guy said he ain't here.I addressed my issue with very less toppings.He said it wasn't less.If u want more pay extra.He has no manners to talk and that's why his old a.. is still working as a cashier.My 16 year old son works as a cashier at Pizzahut.I will never choose this...
