Probably some of the best service I've received at any restaurant, fast food or not. Always greeted, even at peak times. The staff is always friendly. I usually go into the restaurant to order to go, and the few times I've had to wait, they've apologized and offered a fountain drink to compensate. The last time I was in, I had a bit of wait (but really it was only 5 minutes at max), they offered a drink (I declined), and the icing on the cake was when I was about to ask for honey, they offered it. Honestly, at most Popeyes, I have to ask for any sauces or condiments or otherwise they wont give them to me, but they offered and made recommendation for something to put on the chicken. I know it sounds lame, but the fact that they offered and I didn't have to ask scored some huge bonus points.
Other than that, the lobby is always clean, I like the little stand they have at the front register with cutlery and napkins instead of putting it by the trash, and as stated before, the staff is always friendly. They are almost constantly busy and running back and forth so it really says something about the integrity of the staff that even though they are working their asses off, they are...

It was a black man in front of me that just came from the drive thru saying his order was wrong - the mgr then replaced it with no problem So it's my turn, I did not get greeted, however I asked if they had the $6.99 bundle he quietly said no, I then asked if I needed the code he said yes, I said ok let me get my phone.... I went out the door and coming back in the door was the same black man with his box of food again. I quickly grabbed my phone and then went back in. As I'm behind the man the mgr finally comes back to the counter and the man states he ordered the 3 piece but only got 2... The mgr fixed it and the man left and so did the mgr... The mgr just left me standing there without helping me with my order. I yelled out loud "why am I being ignored and I just got a blank stare" Again a horrible experience I'm sure no upper management...

I filled out the survey through the receipt and complained. Received a validation code, and went back the next day around noon, to get my free correct order according to my receipt.
When the female drive-thru idiot found out my code was through the survey, she seemed annoyed, and I let her know back with annoyance that my order was wrong last night. She said come to the window.
A young man handed me my order. I checked it this time and not assumed by the weight that my order was right. It was right this time, but when I got home and begin eating my chicken, it was spicy instead of mild.
These idiots, who can't or won't do their little job correctly, plus that Popeyes location will receive their KARMA, and I will be laughing my head off when I see this location shutdown.
