A tale of 'wow thats a great deal' that turned south quickly. So i pull into robs to get my car cleaned, look thru the various options and see they are selling 'pro rated' monthly packages. look thru the options and then decide, why not. come back later, mind you im taking my lunch break to do this (maybe 30ish minutes of valuable 'break' time) and a gentleman named willy walks over and mentions that he needs to get my rfid tag as well as fill out some paperwork. he mentions for me to sign here, under terms and conditions, which i have never had the opportunity to look at, and i ask him "is there anything i should know, i dont want to sign over my first born kid". willy mentions that my card will be billed on the first of the month for the total amount, to which i reply, "can i cancel now". willy says sure, notes it on the paperwork i just signed, and says i will start the wash from the 'inside' where the employees are. fast forward a minute or two and another guy comes out and pretty much says, look, here are your two options, pay the 35 dollars or leave. not caring one bit about the specifics of my journey there today. mind you, i signed up for this thing thru a computer screen which mentioned nothing about anything they were telling me, fine ... i get it. just for S&G, lets say i made 15 bucks an hour, their mistake (or just a lack of transparency with the sign up) could have been made up for by just saying, hey go ahead, run your car thru the machine and im sorry about the misunderstanding. instead i got the "you have two options here" neither of which were customer first options. so, big guy with the fishing shirt and sunglasses, congratulations on your flex, you just lost a customer, and more importantly someone who could have sent more customers your way;...

I paid for a car wash, entered the car wash as soap dispensed all over my vehicle. I stopped when it said to stop and that was it! No wash, no scrub, no rinse.
I tried knocking on the door, nobody was manning the car wash (which is completely fine until there an issue). I made several calls to the posted number and left two voicemails. No one answered or returned my call. So the soap dried and I had to go home and fix it.
I understand things happen. But when you own a business and something like this happens, you have a responsibility to be available to your PAYING customers! If you arenāt going to answer the phone or return a phone call then you shouldnāt post a phone number and you most certainly shouldnāt have a business āopenā when someone isnāt there!
I also sent a message through the website, explained what happened, and asked for a refundā¦.still havenāt received a response!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time using this car wash last week and was very disappointed. Went with the $10 wash and have gotten a cleaner car for $3 at a gas station! The back of the car was gritty after it was done.
Very confusing instructions - when you get the to the rinse and dry part, it's not clear which signboard you are e=supposed to be paying attention to.
Went back this week with a pick up to use my $2 token (what a gimmick that is). At 2 pm in the afternoon, I could not see the monitor at all. Employee in the area was no help at all and since he had no mask on, I didn't want him that close. In the end, I stabbed at a button and can only I hope that I hit the $5 or $10 wash. The wash job on the truck was better than car last week but just fair.
This time through, I noticed that the rinse and dryer have a timer but there are no instructions if you are to...
