Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

I'm new to the Fredericksburg area and live in Spotsylvania but close enough that Fredericksburg is where everything is. It was late. I figured I'd make the typical fast food choice, and this so happened to be the closest Taco Bell to my location. My expectations were low as it was around 10:00 p.m. there were already two cars in the drive up normally the service at fast food restaurants degrades as the night moves on however I can say at this location specifically they were very efficient and patient and kind and whoever was on the line that night was particularly good at their job as everything that I requested was there and in an appropriate amount of proportion. Proportions have taken a huge hit over the past few years, and it almost seems like companies are trying to use fewer ingredients, still charging the same amount. At this particular Taco Bell location, that is not the case. From my experience, I will be returning to this location for all of my nighttime random craving needs absolutely. We're not even sure if we can trust eating the food we ordered because of how the employees acted I would leave zero Stars if I could my husband and I placed an order online for Taco Bell on Plank Road in Fredericksburg when he arrives to pick up the order they said it was never placed I have a confirmation of payment and that the order is ready for pickup however the employee at this location says they see no order and no payment so they hadn't even made the food yet he is now having to wait on them as well as having to repeat back the entire order because the employee did not want to read the order. When my husband asked for the receipt he was told no. Well he was waiting the employees were laughing at him. We fully intend I'm writing a letter to corporate and telling them our experience along with the store number address our order number and any other information we can provide. This whole process should have been very simple we placed the order online we go to the location that it tells us to pick up which is the same location that we set it up for but the employees don't want to acknowledge our order even though we already...

I give this Taco Bell restaurant a 5 star rating because the staff was extremely pleasant and willing to accommodate my request for an extra plate and to go bag with a smile. Service with a smile cannot be beat! The kitchen area presented itself as clean & well organized. Unlike some other restaurants, all condiments were out and fully stocked along with napkins and forks. We ordered two of the Taco Supreme Combos and a Nacho Bell Grande. All the food was put together neatly and presented itself well. I was pleasantly surprised to unwrap a Taco that actually looked like the picture on the poster and not a sloppy mess. The nachos were great too... maybe just a tad more sour cream but that's just me. The tables and floor were quickly cleaned when a large family left. The bathrooms were kept clean as well. The crew members at the counter thanked us for coming and to have a good day.
