Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Virginia

Service at this location is horrendous, sub-par. Do not patron here. I wonder how that transitions to the cooking staff cooking the food?

This location does not accept your mail-to-home coupons. Even when they also have the same coupon flyer in their restaurant, they still won't accept the coupon we showed them.

Can they not see that the one we took a picture of from our home was the same coupon flyer they had there? Even if we didn't have it physically (the pictures were identical), we were holding the flyer & they wouldn't give it to us because they said it belonged to someone else (which the person left there)!!!

I am pretty sure no one working at the counter that day had any common sense or brain cells.

Service was meh.

I would not return to this location. I will bring my business to another franchise. Thank you very much....

Worst Popeyes location I've been to so far, cashiers chatting with each other the whole time, and doesn't allow any customization since they already packed everything and doesn't want to make more work for themselves. (Chicken and fries were all prepacked and setting under a heater) So the crispy chicken was soggy from sitting there for who knows how long. I asked for water cups and they all looked at each other instead of moving, saying they have no water like what?? Their machines really had no water so I asked for cup for ice and they all didn't want to move! I went back to the desk multiple times because they keep forgetting orders. LAZIEST PEOPLE...

I ordered from Popeyes online and I did not get my chicken sandwich, so I tried calling them multiple times. However, they did not pick up. Finally after many calls they picked up. After I told them my sandwich was missing, they said wait one moment. They then left the call on without saying anything for about 5 minutes. I tried saying “HELLO” numerous times, and they proceeded to ignore me. I paid for the sandwich, and it is shown on the receipt. I tried to call again, but they didn’t pick up. I never got a refund or my sandwich. This is not the first time I paid for an item and it was missing from this location. WORST...
