Having experienced first hand the delicious flavors of authentic Chinese / Korean / Viet foods from my friends houses, I knew going to Quickfire I was only going to get an "American-ized" flavor to what I ordered. But I still love American style Asian foods, so figured why not? Well I should have trusted my instincts. When I walked in it was dead empty on a Sunday afternoon. This is never a good sign. I ordered the Chicken & Salmon w/ fried rice, for less than $8 it seemed like a good deal. Unfortunately I was served a plate of grease coated food in which both my chicken and salmon over cooked (basically burned). The size of my salmon fillet was about as big as 2 credit cards and 1/4" thick. The fried rice was a total joke too, it was soggy and tasteless. In fact everyone in my group agreed it was all tasteless. These people cook their food with zero passion, half way into the 'meal' we asked for to go containers to respectfully trash our food outside. Insult to injury, I ended up getting food poisoning from the Salmon. It first hit me after I finished my criminally small portion of salmon. At first I thought I was feeling ill because of the grease, but as my nausea levels increased I know the the oddly fishy tasting salmon had done me in. No one else in my group of 3 had ordered it, and sure enough I was the only one to get sick. I ended up missing 2-days of work recovering (aka: vomiting) from the worst meal of my life. As far as I am concerned, eating at Quickfire is the quickest way to earn yourself a...

All Quickfires that i’ve been too, including this one, no matter how precautionary it looks, with all the chefs wearing (or not wearing) face masks, clear plastic shields & glove handling, something about the sanitation of this place is low bar.
Maybe bad ventilation causing grease vapor, or just cross contamination is what i am seeing, feeling or eating.
Been to this Sully Station location 4 times & possibly no more. It’s a shame because the prices are pre-pandemic prices still. $8 for what most places would charge $12+ for.
When you walk in to these locations, take a look at how the trash cans are displayed. They are all disgusting or unsightly. Think Oscar the Grouch from Sesame Street, lol.
Will send pics if i ever go back. Never say never, cause some days, the food is on-point.
P.S. - Can’t blame the crew for possible cross contamination of digestible & non-digestible products or chemicals. These days, you have to work 3x as hard to maintain a clean restaurant & get paid low wages.
Good luck to the owner of this...
Read moreI believe I'm fair with this review. I only had the shrimp with the noodles and cabbage. I'm not going to be too picky with the food it was good, with the combination of the noodles, cabbage, and the shrimp, but it could have been slightly better, but it was good. Now the service was okay the person who took my order was nice and friendly. The atmosphere LOL horrendous needs facelift or remodel, and it looks like a blind person went through there and tried their best. Cannot imagine anybody dining in to eat their food. From the trash cans as you walk in the door to the bathroom, just disgusting. I mean I wouldn't even pee in that bathroom and that's how bad it was, really disappointing because from the name of the restaurant and the pictures online to go into that atmosphere and see what I saw is uncalled for. I really do hope management recognizes these reviews and take them and run with it because it would be a really nice place to dine in and to come and...
