Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Virginia

Zero stars is what this place deserves. The only thing that could improve this place is a bulldozer and a rebuild. The absolute worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The parking lot was very small for a travel center and hard to navigate a travel travel around. The entire place seemed dirty and run down. They were out of napkins so they provided naps that were so old they weren't even wet anymore when you opened them. The soda machine was broken so they provided bottles of water with the combo meals but didn't give any discount for that. You pay for a soda but you get water. The food was dry and lukewarm. The cashier forgot to put fries in two of my combo meals so had to go back up to the register. I Overheard another customer ask for Cole Slaw and they were out of that as well. The dining area was dirty too and even thought it was 1:00 pm the chairs were still upside down on the tables apparently from the night before. Absolute worst fast food experience in my 45 years on this earth. I wanted three tenders and a blackened sandwich. The guy said it would be a 20 minute wait for a sandwich. I said any sandwich he said yeah. So I ordered just the three tenders. Turns out they were the last 3 tenders on the trays and they were old and 1 was so damn small it could have been a nugget. The cashier was slowly moping around when I said I don't want these last three I want new ones so of course a 15 minute wait for that. Thr floors were dirty and had trash all Over them. The trash cans were overflowing the seats and tables looked horrific with food and sauce all over them. It looked like a 500 person party just crashed the place and didn't clean up nothing. That cashier is lazy and acts like he is doing you a favor I don't know how this place stays in buisness. I wish I could post pictures. I took some and am going to send them to corporate cause...

I’ve been here a few times the Manager/supervisor was nice on explaining things like the butterfly shrimp that they didn’t have in store but are still posted online .The negatives I always see or deal with are the immature employees at the register that work there .They’ll mean mug you 🤦🏼‍♂️or just walk away from you when your ready to order like they don’t see you or be rude etc..which I’ll never understand because if you can’t handle customer service or don’t know how to be polite to customers or want to do the job you shouldn’t apply for the job but they’re always young kids to me so i restrain myself from getting angry since I’m the adult in the situation but the popcorn shrimp at this location can be spicier than a normal Popeyes .The tenders ,chicken ,fries are sometimes soggy & sometimes crispy so there’s never consistency in the food prep but I definitely understand the reviews on the frustration &...
