I really wanted to like this shop but unfortunately, I won’t be returning . I made two separate purchases in a week (even upon finding most inventory online for half the price). I choose to shop small business and don’t mind spending extra to support them. However, the customer service was lousy and I no longer spend money where staff is rude and treats you like an inconvenience. No greeting upon arrival or asking if I needed assistance, just weird glares. Waited to be checked out for a few minutes and when the worker came up she had a very stank face and didn’t speak until asking me I would pay. She bagged my item and printed my receipt and mumbled “thank you” as if it was the most painful experience she could endure. Like I said I can buy the same items online from other shops for half the price and not have to experience such horrible customer service. I also messaged the owner about it and she simply just said she was sorry and that she has had the ones in her car for years also asked if I tried to take it off with the magic eraser and no reply after my last message when stated that the plastic was coming off with the magic eraser. Her response was kinda a slap in the face as I have spent a good amount of money here.
