Sam's Deli — Restaurant in Virginia

Unbelievably slow at handling food deliveries. They will often leave the driver waiting 15-20 minutes to prepare delivery orders and leave the customer waiting up to more than an hour to receive food. The owner is in violation of Door Dash and Uber Eats agreements by placing deliveries with the lowest priority if they have other customers. If you want anything from the 40 online businesses that this guy runs from behind one grill, I would advise you go pick it up yourself!

Edit: In reply to Sam’s defense below, I was only waiting on 3 sandwiches (not at all a “large order, which probably is considered “large” for your two employees”). I wouldn’t be making this rating if I wasn’t absolutely fed up with your slow wait times whether it’s 1 sandwich or whatever it may be, you take too long and I am advising delivery drivers and customers that expect their food within a timely manner to not waste their time at your establishment with deliveries just as I did for my last time. Been a loyal Sam's costumer for 3 years. Breakfast sandwiches and omelets are excellent. They offer a variety of lunch options hot and cold; Monterey Chicken Wrap, West Coast Turkey sandwich, and Club sandwiches are highlights. Boxed lunches are substantial, fresh made on sight, and reasonably priced especially in Chantilly. I've ordered up to 40 with 2-3 days notice and they had them ready to go at 10:00 the day of our event. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Dine in area is bright, clean, and comfortable with plenty of seating. I don't know how this place has such great reviews? Me & my co-worker just ordered from here since they had a 4.8 I got the Chicken Philly & onion rings it was watery & tasteless it was shredded like it was the same chicken they would put in chicken salad the onion rings while huge had a horrible hard breading on them that tore up my mouth, beer battered would be much better.
