I have tried to be a study customer, even through the pandemic, but I give up. I have noticed increased prices with a steady decline in quality. Importantly, in two of my last three carry-out orders, Siam Paragon included in the entrées ingredients which I specifically requested be left out for food intolerance reasons. Even though the orders were read back to me correctly, when I got home I discovered ingredients I cannot eat were in the food even though I specifically asked that they be excluded. In one case, it made the meal inedible. It went directly into the trash and I ate steamed white rice for dinner. With the more recent mistake, I had to painstakingly pick an ingredient out of the meal. Although I called and received a credit for the first mistake, I would’ve preferred to be able to eat something other than white rice for dinner that evening. When the same mistake happened again this week, I decided I am not going to bother asking for a credit. I am simply not going to patronize them any more. Finally, a recent order of summer rolls were dry and the vegetables in them did not taste fresh. Again, I think the quality of food has declined since I first started going there. But I do not want that to detract from the importance of their failure to ignore a patron’s request not to include certain problematic ingredients. They’re inattentiveness to this important request is a...
Read moreThis is only my second time eating at Siam Paragon, but my first time sitting inside to eat. Both of my experiences so far have been amazing. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere of their restaurant is welcoming, quiet, and warm. I have to say I am extremely fortunate to live just across the street from a great locally owned Thai restaurant. The Thai milk tea is the perfect amount of sweetness and has an amazing taste, the garden rolls make a great appetizer that get you ready for some phenomenal authentic Thai food that honestly no place in this area can match. The peanut sauce is really addictive and has really nice bite to it. For my main i ordered the Drunken Noodles with pork. I will say the wait was a little lengthy, but that is a good thing. The quality of the meal is insanely good, you get a huge quantity. With the noodles themselves they have a really nice spice to them, it really opens your pallet and makes you want even more after you finish. I would highly recommend Siam Paragon to any Thai food enthusiast like myself or even if you are just starting to explore the Thai food culture. They are how every Thai restaurant should be and needs to shoot for when it comes to staff, cleanliness, quality and quantity of food. Honestly I am so glad this place in right in...
Read moreThere is nothing 4 Star about this place. When you walk in, you immediately get a club vibe with the black panel ceilings, LED bar staring at you when you walk in, sparkly multi colored swirly tables, sparkly black none cushioned couches, and sparse wide open table arrangements that screams financial troubles. Now onto the service. Only one waiter was working. It took several minutes before we were seated when were there only ones waiting. There were still 5 tables uncleaned, even after we were seated. Our table wasn't given napkins, silverware, salt, and pepper like every good restaurant would provide. The food was horrible. It was so bland that the Wonton Soup had no flavor or salt and tasted like the Tom Kha that I had. To give you context it tasted like unsalted chicken stock with vegetables put into it. The fried spring rolls were also very plain and bland. The crust was to thick and hard, with very little vegetables. The portion size was incredibly miniature, should have been in the kids menu. The appetizers were so bad that we cancelled our entree immediately. The waiter didn't even ask us why or what was wrong and if he could help. He walked off as if he expected the reaction. Cost of food is too high for the portion size. Don't come here ever. This place...
