Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia

Previously I had a positive experience at this Starbucks, so I returned tonight & ordered peppermint/ mint tea & hot water & was told by the young woman with long dark hair, she did not have mint tea & could not sell me hot water either, that her manager told her she could not do this; despite other Starbucks offering this. Stopped by to grab some sandwiches and a coffee and had a really pleasant experience! The cashier (lady with short hair) was sweet and was making sure they had everything to complete my order. This Starbucks is inside of a Safeway therefore it is not equipped with everything or as much of the equipment as the full size Starbucks is that's essentially next door.
