Really weird experience.
I ordered online. Got there like 8 mins later. It was busy. Np, I dont mind waiting. My food was already ready when I got there. I asked the young lady to give me a bag, she did. Np. Im waiting. Other customers cleared out, Im waiting. The young lady looks up and asks me what my drink was. I stated it. She checked the system and talked to the one of the other girls making the drinks. They mumble. The drink maker asks me what my drink was. I repeat it. She proceeds to make the drink. Two of them mumbling and looking at me weird and sideways. Then the chick making the drink says "yeah, its a scam". Looks at me pointedly, again. Once my drink is done the first young lady hands me my drink, still looking at me sideways and says "I guess somebody thought your drink looked good" and another side ways look.
It was all rude. Im not a fan of passive aggression.if you have something to say. Say it. You have a question to ask. Ask it. Spare me the nonsense.
I dont need to scam anyone out of a Chai Latte. Its not that serious. I paid for my drink. I came to get my drink. If you let somebody else take my drink, how is that my fault. Isnt that your fault? I was the customer who sat there patiently waiting long enough to be late to my doctors appt and I didnt have an attitude. But because somebody walked in and took my beverage, I get treated a certain way. All very dissappointing. I dont like being treated...

Read moreThe way they prioritize orders makes absolutely no sense. If you do a mobile order, expect to stand there for 30-35 minutes (it was 32 today) while other customers walk in, order, and walk out within 3 minutes of placing the order. Which I understand, but there needs to be a better limit on how many mobile orders are made then.
I waited 10-15 minutes between each of my 3 items. Sandwich was first, which means by the time I got to it, It's luke warm at best. The service is friendly, they're all kind. That's great. But it doesn't help when they don't know how to competently prioritize which drinks/what food needs to be made in what order. You could feel in the air, how annoyed everyone was. It's not just me, it's every person who places a...
