I called in an order to the store (6428 Trading Square Lane) at 7:08 P.M. I placed the order for one three meat treat pizza. After arriving at my store in Woodbridge, I noticed that I had ordered the pizza at the wrong store. I called the store in Haymarket back to inform them of my mistake. The rep who answered the phone was very polite and understanding, but when she repeated that I was canceling the order another girl in the back screamed "are you f*ing kidding me." I was driving with my kids in the car when this unwarranted outburst occurred coming from my blue tooth speakers. I immediately asked the phone rep who said that and she said it was my co-worker. I asked what her co-workers name was and the phone representative said "I don't know her like that". I then asked if I could speak to their shift-leader, and she said "we don't have one here right now". I was then put on a brief hold while the phone rep shuffled with paper and mumbled to the girl who cursed. She then came back to phone and said the girl's name who said that was Jackie then I heard laughing in the background. I asked to talk to a Manager then she said there was not one that worked there but she could give me a number to one. I was a Manager of a Little Caesars in Benton, Ar., and I would have been very disappointed in my employees if I found out they acted this was to customers. I highly disappointed in the way these girls behaved. The fact that they were willing to lie on another employee or lie to a customer is a horrible reflection of...
Read moreEmployees Not Washing Hands or Wearing Gloves! I walked in the store tonight as a customer was expressing his concern about the cashier who appeared to be only 18, during dinner rush with one person in the back prepping food without a manager on duty. Wondering why he did not wash his hands or wear gloves prior to handling his food? He stated other customers express the same concern and his manager indicated it is not necessary to wash his hands or wear gloves after handling money and prior to handling food. I told him I express the same concerns during my last visit with a young lady who was also working alone and working without a supervisor.? Kudos to the young man for keeping his composure and not walking off the job in an extremely difficult situation that he never should have been in! Number one during dinner rush you should have adequate staff on hand to include a manager. Number two clear instruction and training on health and safety rules and regulations. All staff must wash their hands and wear gloves prior to handling food.! To the owner and management. This should be addressed immediately! If you do not believe it is necessary to wash your hands and wear gloves prior to handling food, please contact the health...
Read moreObviously this place isn't going to have the best pizza you've ever had. However it's still really really good and super cheap. You get way more than you pay for. Though I've only tried their pizza and cheese bread. My biggest complaint is that in order to get their best pizza you have to say their God awful name for their best pizza. "any most bestest pizza". It's a name so bad that it actually gives me a headache just thinking about it and I want to give the place a lower rating of it. And their slogan: "pizza pizza" is pathetic and lazy in my opinion. Whoever does the marketing for little Caesars - c'mon. You can do better. I would go crazy if I worked there and every single day had to say "any most bestest pizza" a hundred or more times. I get it's trying to be derpy and goofy but this is just embarrassing!...
