First time at this location since it moved here from its previous location. The first thing that I noticed is how this store looks modernized like locations in New York and surrounding states.
The staff are no longer friendly as they were at the previous location. There's quite a new faces as well. While it was easy in and easy out, the staff were very impersonal. I, like those in front of me, was not greeted by a simple "Good Morning. How are you today?" Really Starbucks?!?!?! Everyone working were quite robotic in their actions and no one saying anything to any customer nor themselves. The brunette young lady with the ponytail and eyeglasses appeared to be the shift. She spoke quite sternly to her partner, Richard, who's old enough to be her grandfather. Even if this wasn't the case, each and every person there should be respectful of each other and the customers.
There's lots of seating and a long table with space for you to work or meet with others.
This Starbucks has a new location and a new attitude--the new attitude could use some improvements. This isn't my go to Starbucks as I don't live or work on this side of town, but with a nearby meeting, I decided to give them a try today. Hopefully, management is reading this, so this will be addressed so that others can have a friendly,...
Read moreDo not go to this Starbucks. Go the extra mile to the next Starbucks - Rude. Rude. Rude. As former Starbucks employees my husband and I always strive to be extra nice to employees since we know what it’s like. Anyway, one of our drinks was made incorrectly and we asked nicely if it can be remade. The employee at the window pointed at the sticker on the cup as if the sticker on the drink meant that the drink was made correctly. She then proceeded to say “I didn’t make the drink”. Where I said I know so can you please ask him to remake the drink. And we had explained how to make the drink because by this time we realized the attitude was not called for. The barista had said it was made correctly. And if you are an avid Starbucks customer and order the same drink everytime, just the look of a drink can tell you if it is made correctly or not. They “remade” the drink and it was exactly the same, maybe a little darker. We didn’t go off on these children because there is no reason to argue with ignorance and talking to young people who can do no wrong or who are horrible at taking constructive criticism even if it is presented in a...
Read moreI have tried calling several times without answer! Today while visiting this store for the first time ever while traveling we got there and the store didn’t have 3 of the 4 items we asked for due to them being sold out. Which we understands happens we were very kind to the barista and order other items happily. As we drove off there was a trash can outside and we proceeded to throw two cups away so we can put our drinks in the cup holder. The barista starts YELLING out the window that it wasn’t for our personal trash all the while she was helping the customer behind us! Then she tells my husband “Don’t Do That’s Again” continuing to Yell over her customer about us throwing our cups away in a trash can! It was the most unprofessional and rude experience I’ve had at Starbucks and we will not be returning! If there was an issue with the trash can put a note on it or ask us nicely there is a way to communicate such a petty situation! Clearly the staff here hasn’t been trained on how to deal with...
