I've been here about 10 times and picked up 5-10 times as well. It's 50/50 every time on service. The hostess may or may not say hello to you right away. They normally face away from the door, back towards you talking to coworkers behind the pickup counter. Your waiter is probably new with such a high turnaround rate here. Seems like anyone there for 30 days or more is a veteran.
My biggest problem is that I ask for extra crispy. Bdub wings are big but soft and I hate having a mouthful of skin fat. I ask for extra crispy traditional wings without fail every time. It's an absolute crap shoot if that happens. Without or without the sticker. Make the sticker red and 3x larger.
What made me write this review after about 15-20 visits is last night the service was just poor again. It was 1/2 wing night, I ordered the Large so I can save some for the next day. I asked for extra crispy, I was assured by my waitress they would be and it takes a few minutes longer. They came out without the extra crispy sticker and cooked to normal specs of soft fat skin. The waitress seemed new, we were left twiddling our thumbs a few times. However, it's not abnormal here and played into the 2 star review. The wings also came out warm ish. If extra crispy takes more time and they don't come out hot enough I can't comfortable hold it, then I don't know whats happening in the kitchen.
I've given up on simply asking for extra crispy. I have now decided that I have to emphasize and repeat myself to get extra crispy. I've tested this in the past, it seems to work. I back off and only say it once and it doesn't happen. Now I have to treat every waiter as an idiot, besides the one blonde dude who knows what he is doing and recognizes us.
It's also 50/50 if traditional comes out as boneless. The first 5 times I went, 3 of the times they came out as boneless and forget about extra crispy after that mess up.
The food is good. Some of you might say, tell the waiter they aren't extra crispy and refire the wings. I'm not here to hang out, it's already late when I go I don't want to sit another 10 minutes while I get my wings, and my girlfriend eats her food or it gets cold before my refire comes out.

I hope that a manager at this location is able to see this and implement improvements. I was passing through the area and staying at the hotel right behind this store. I ordered via my phone and just got a basic boneless and tender combo with fries and veggie sides. I went to pick it up and that initially took 5-10 minutes before anyone approached. (Wasnât busy). Brought the order back to the hotel and the tenders were missing the specific sauce. It was even printed on the receipt attached to bag so the attention to detail was lacking. Went back to just get that fixed. While waiting for a side of sauce, I struck up conversation with a woman whose order had been âthrown outâ and was missing items. She was waiting for at least 30 min after her initial pickup. I waited just shy of 15 minutes for a little side of sauce. Brought out by someone else after the initial worker (who probably shouldnât be the face of service at the To-Go counter because of her overall demeanor) disappeared. Another girl waiting had to chase down another employee to help us all standing there. I was tossed one measly side of sauce for a whole box of chicken tenders and was told âno problemâ. Service industry workers, PLEASE ERADICATE this jargon from your line of work. That indicates I or something was a problem to begin with. I politely asked for an additional side and was told by someone else that that is the normal amount. I asked politely for an additional one for an inconvenience factor. I waited some more and finally left with 2 sauces and the initial woman was still waiting for her order when it came outâŠand was still missing items. In a nutshell, people here need to step up their game. Be a little more prompt, have some drive and to have joy towards their work....
   Read moreAVOID HERE ON TUESDAYS This past Tuesday my friends and I came in around 7 o'clock . The music and apparent Trivia night host were blaring on the speakers. It was so loud we could not hold conversations and had to wait for the speaker to take breaths for us to speak to the person across from us. Our server was now where to be found and we waited around 15 minutes to order drinks and appetizers. Our appetizers were brought out by a different server around 10 minutes later which is fine except we hadn't even gotten our drinks from our server yet. Once he came back with our drinks we ordered our food (3 burgers and wings). That all came out at a good time but every order was incorrect it was like each order had one aspect that was supposed to be swapped with another person's order. When we explained this to our server he got very defensive and said it's just because it's a Tuesday and they always screw him on Tuesdays. We ate our food and waited for another 30 minutes just to see our waiter again or get drink refills. When we finally were able to ask for our checks and hand the payment off to him he comes back about 10 minutes later for us to sign. We all look at our receipts and they are all incorrect we ask why we all payed for someone else's meal (not even our own group meals but other random peoples) all he said was why did she do that why did she do that .
