First time coming to this location. Terrible service! Waited over 15 minutes inside the store while other people walked in and out with their drink. It was not busy at all. But both baristas seem like they do not get along and speak so they were ignoring us and waiting for one to give in and make the drink. I was patient waiting as long as I did. I originally wanted to try the new drink on the menu the oat milk latte with lavender cream foam and matcha. I was told immediately that they didn’t have matcha. I was like that’s fine could I get something similar without matcha. Also got a hot blonde coffee. After waiting 15 minutes inside the store with no other customers that had ordered after us except for one other person who went inside to order right away and left with their drink. So I approached the counter and told the barista who took our order how much longer and she had the audacity to ask what my order was? I was so upset and let her know we ordered 15 minutes ago you gotta be kidding right while I proceeded to tell her my drink order. She walks over and said I’ll make it right now. She comes back and hands me one drink out of the two I ordered and I had to remind her what the order that is missing is so she can take an additional 5 min to make a hot coffee. I have never had this experience at another Starbucks. Both baristas can’t seem to get along and handle the drive thru window and in in person clientele. Even though it’s not packed at all. From what I told this is their new location and I will never come back👎🏼 the white girl seemed to have a better attitude than the Spanish barista who helped us however the fact that she was unwilling to make our drink and watched us stand up for extra time while we asked the other barista how much longer showed that she favored the walk in gentleman who placed an order 15 minutes after us and got his drink almost immediately. I don’t know if I can judge why she chose to do that but I just want to think the Spanish girl assumed the other barista was going to work on our order while she attended to the drive through clients. Because she would come back and make the orders for the drive through clientele while we waited pretty much like idiots for a total of 20 minutes for two simple drink orders. Read moreThis is hands down the very BEST Starbucks on the planet. I have been a regular since opening day. What makes this the BEST Starbucks is quite simply the people who work here. They are amazing and I have gotten to know each one of them over the years and seeing them each morning is a bright spot in my day. Being a regular at this Starbucks is a real treat because they will treat you like a celebrity. I am greeted by first name every single morning by at least one, if not 2 or 3 people as soon as I walk through the door. And if I choose the drive though, I know the line will move fast even when it is long. Unlike other Starbucks, I never have to worry about who is on bar because literally every single person who works here consistently makes awesome drinks! I switch my drinks up a lot and they still manage to stay on top of what I'm drinking and all my little quirky preferences like whole milk, no whip on iced drinks etc...
One thing I have noticed about this location in particular is that it gets a lot of non regulars and people passing through since it is so close to two main roads. Often these customers tend to be rude, impatient and in a big hurry to get nowhere. Sadly, I have seen the staff at this location be on the receiving end of some very unreasonable and incredibly rude customer interactions and they always respond with grace and professionalism so all the negative reviews on here just do not add up to someone who frequents this location daily and has seen what is really going on. Read moreI’m a regular customer at the Starbucks location and usually I have a pretty good experience. Everyone is usually kind and I don’t have an issue. However, lately I have had a problem when placing an online order I got to the speaker and I told him my name Brittanie and usually they’re very nice but there is a worker that has recently been saying “seeing if you just place this order… Yeah… It’s gonna be a minute“. Keep in mind I have never complained about having to wait and usually this happens when I place the order and there is no one else in line in front of me so I figure it’s OK for me to go to the store because there’s no one in line in the drive-through Today he actually scarfed in the speaker as he said this to me. It honestly made me feel like a bother and like I never wanted to go there so I decided to ask for a supervisor/manager. The supervisor was very rude to me and said “there’s an estimated time for pick up and usually there’s other orders in front of you“ in a very rude tone , she also said “you’re not the only person that happens to“. I asked her if she thought this was OK as a manager and she said yeah because there are multiple people it happens to. There is a way to say things to customers and laughing in the speaker and saying “it’s gonna be a minute” in a rude tone is not one of them.
