New Review: I caved and started going to this location since it's closer to my employer, and home.. and I have to say they have improved ALOT!

the pick ups are always ready, and fresh. The customer service is amazing, they are patient and kind, even on people's sluggish mornings lol. The drinks are made exactly how I like them, and they've gotten faster. I don't know how the venue is, just have had drive through experience in the year I been here.

Definitely recommend coming if you're off the 7 passing through.

This Starbucks is a hit or miss. I am a BIG starbucks drinker and it's even steered me to kinda take a little break. Customer service is a little odd. You don't know who are your gonna get on the Mic. Lol it can be a frustrating order, to order. I've had encountered people going " uhhhh, welcome to Starbucks" an "uhh" the whole time in-between ordering, I have had a person also have no clue what each item I was asking to put in a drink. Not something I wanna deal with while I'm in a rush I think the customer service should be improved and the training as well. The drinks aren't made correctly everytime, and the right measurements of ingredients isn't being met as well ( melted Fraps)

I've given this location a handful of chances lol. Ordered in the drive through, pick up order...

Ugh why is there no good Starbucks in the area anymore?? :/ This location’s customer service and barista abilities comes in waves. Lately it has not been it. I’ve seen some new faces so not sure if I keep catching them on a bad day but some things I’ve noticed as a daily customer:

I don’t ask for alternative requests anymore (such as light ice or no whip) because unfortunately those requests are blatantly ignored. In fact, if you ask for light ice, you will most likely be given extra ice. I simply don’t want a drink that’s watered down nor do I want a drink that’s 3 sips and done. I’m not the only one who has noticed this.. check the other recent reviews.

Again, not sure if there’s new staff in training but tonight was the last straw. This is the second time I’ve come in this week where expresso was not added into my shaken expresso drink. Yes, I was given a cup of milk with syrup. No, my exPreSo wAs NoT aT tHe BoTtOm.. I order the same drink religiously. There is a huge difference in the color of a drink WITH and WITHOUT expresso/ coffee.

Lastly, this leads me into my last point. There are certain staff members here that would rather spend time defending a drink with clear mistakes than take responsibility and just make...

I absolutely love love love this place I drive across town just to come here for the friendly staff & overall great people who tend to hang out or around here early in the mornings. The girls are sweet as can be and the guy who rang me up was very much polite and understanding of what the heck I was attempting to order after a long Friday night without any sleep if you know what I mean! And, naturally, my order was done perfectly. Not one single dang clue what the other few people that have posted reviews below mine are even talking about Re: bad customer srvc. REALLY?!? Ugh. I hope you do come back once more at least try it around a different time, Perhaps? I promise you that you will realize this is, by far, one of the better/best locations in all of Loudoun County. Ciao Daaahhrlings! We all appreciate your skills, & that goes towards not just making drinks but also getting all the customers’ drinks or food done with impeccable timing, making sure that their names are spelled right, always having smiles on your faces, being very personable and talking with customers- when appropriate- yet also knowing when to cut the chit chat, having lovely etiquette and wit, but more than the rest is that this is a comfortable & cleanly location....
