Put in online order for in-store pickup to avoid the massive line that this location always holds at the drive-thru, but when I arrived, the store had locked all of their doors and had a sign up demanding all in-store pickups to get their order at the drive-thru. The sign did not clarify why they had locked their doors and shut down in store pickups, there were a lot of employees inside so I can't imagine it was a staffing issue.
No way to cancel order at that point and I had no time to wait in that line, so I had to bail on my drink. I tried knocking on the door to see if a worker would "make an exception" but the employees ignored my knocking, didn't even acknowledge I was there. Order ahead at your own risk. I can understand not allowing new orders inside, but not allowing customers to step inside, grab their pre-ordered drink and go, doesn't make sense to me. Coffee always has a burnt taste at this location anyways, so I'll be avoiding it...
Read moreI had the absolute pleasure of meeting T (not adding her name for privacy reasons, shes a small long blonde haired girl with a great smile!), a new barista at Starbucks, and I have to say—she is a gem! I was having some trouble trying to figure out my wife’s Starbucks drink order and T went above and beyond by offering to speak with my wife on the phone to make sure we got it just right. She was so kind, personable, and patient throughout the whole process. Not only was her service outstanding, but she was also incredibly friendly and adorable, making the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who truly brightens your day, but T managed to do just that. If this is the level of care she brings as a new barista, Starbucks is lucky to have her. I ordered a Grande honey almond cold brew with vanilla cold foam, well my order was incorrect when I got out of the drive-through. I proceeded to go on the inside for help. There were about six employees working in the store, three of them were just standing around with nothing to do. After standing at the counter for a few minutes waiting for help, I walked over to an employee and asked for assistance. I told her that my order was incorrect. She proceeded to redo my order however when she handed it to me my order was still incorrect.
