Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

I have never been so unsatisfied in my life! The associate was beyond rude! I told her I'd need a minute to figure out what I wanted and she stood there staring at me, making me feel rushed. I got myself the Italian hero and it was absolutely disgusting. I asked for the black forest ham kids meal for my daughter (I've never ordered from the kids menu here before so I didn't know the rules) she asked what kind of bread, I said flat, and ash asked what size, i said 6 Will be fine. She threw the sandwich together and then when paying I asked about her drink and she, Rudly, told me that because I got a 6in it is no longer a kids meal and does not come with a drink. The food was ok for Subway but very sloppily prepared. The real reason for my bad review is the two young "ladies" working there today (10/4/18).

They barely listened to us when we ordered, in fact we had to repeat our orders several times because they kept getting distracted.

No eye contact and were obviously more interested in the Walmart employee they had just served than interacting with the customers in front of them.

When we got to the register they were literally laying across the counter laughing and hollering trying to get said Walmart employee to continue whatever conversation they had going on prior to us getting there.

Editing: fast forward 3 weeks later decided to give them another chance.

Went in asked for something simple cheese pizza. She already knew the toaster over was broke. But didn’t mention it. Prepped pizza put it in the oven. Open closed sliced it.
