I really don't know where to begin with this review - pretty much the whole restaurant disappointed me on my visit. My friend and I had just spent a long day out, and were getting hungry and thirsty, so we stopped at BW for dinner - we were greeted and seated relatively quickly; it took roughly 10-15 minutes for our server to approach us and take our drink order, which at that point, we also had our food order decided. I was hyped, because the last time I had BW was in 2009, and I remembered how delicious the fried pickles were, and I was READY for some fried pickles.
Where this all began to go down hill was when it took us almost 15 minutes to get the drinks we ordered, which was just a beer for each of us. We began to play the trivia game on the screen, and eventually enough time passed that my friend asked how long we had been waiting for our food. I knew I posted on Facebook almost immediately after being seated, and sure enough, we had been there for 50 minutes.
Our server stopped by every so often asking if we needed anything, to which "nah" was the average response. Eventually a family of 3 came in and was seated - after several moments, their order was taken, and shortly after, their food was dropped off. They had wings, tenders, fries, etc. My friend and I only ordered appetizers - they finished their food and left before we finally were served. At this point I was getting very frustrated, and I'm sure our server saw this. I ordered the House Sampler, with a sorry excuse for nachos on the plate. At least the food was hot. Now, I can't blame the waitress for our food being late out, because had checked several times. In all, we waited almost an hour and a half for two appetizers
Here's my gripe of how the whole restaurant disappointed me No manager came to our table to apologize for the delay Our server didn't apologize for the wait until I said something about it Our server didn't offer any type of discount for the wait
This had to have been one of my worst experiences in a restaurant, quite possibly in my top 5 - I'm not one to leave 1 star reviews, and I don't really hold the waitress accountable, outside of the not offering some type of discount on the meal. I can't see myself returning to this particular location...
Read moreI have never eaten Buffalo wild wings, before and decided to give it a try. I checked the reviews and they were mostly negative, this should've been when I moved on to another restaurant, but hind sight is 20/20. They had a deal a free 10 piece boneless wings, which I ordered plus a order of potatoes wedges and a 10 piece wing meal with fries. We got to the restaurant at our pick up time and my other half had to wait 10-15 minutes inside for our food. This was no problem to me since I figured (incorrectly) that at least our food was going to be fresh. When my other half came out of the restaurant he realized within a couple minutes that my fries were missing, 1 of the 4 food items we ordered. Considering the food wasn't ready and the order was relatively small, it seems there is no quality control being enforced. I live 5-7 minutes from the South point location when we got home we immediately sat down to eat, our wings were room temperature as well as the potatoes wedges and my fries were cold and chewy, so I had to end up cooking our food. The regular wings were gross and FULL of fat, the potatoes wedges and fries I'm assuming would've been fine had they not been old and cold, the boneless wings with their new garden sauce were actually pretty decent, the sauce is amazing over all the only things we paid for tonight that we're on point was the garden sauce and the ranch dipping sauce. I called and spoke with a manager just to let someone know that these issues are really happening and the reviews online should be monitored because someone there is not doing their job when it comes to their customers. This was my first and my last time eating at Buffalo wild wings, it would take new functioning management to make me even consider giving this place another chance. Sometimes you really have to trust...
Read moreThe night we went for dinner was horrible. We ordered wings well done and specifically told our waitress to have them cooked for 18 min, to guarantee crispyness, if not we would send them back. We also asked for carrots and celery to come out before our wings. Our waitress brought out our carrots and they were dried out, whitish and old looking. Our celery was mushy, brown and rotten on the the ends which we couldnt even eat. Then, when our wings finally came out they were rubbery and luke warm. We complained to our waitress and she said she would get the manager. After waiting 15 min we were getting impatient and decided to leave. As we were getting up the manager finally showed. We showed her our veggies, and they should be embarrassed and she didnt really seem to care what they looked like. We also explained what happened with our wings and she stated she could do another batch but it would take at least 30 min. We had already waited 10 mi to get seated, 5 min for our waitress, 30 min for our first set of wings, 15 min for a manager, and she wanted us to wait another 30 min. That wouldve been an hour a half with no food yet. No thank you! We paid for our sodas and left. After many chances and opportunities, we will not be going back at least not to that location. Who ever monitors and inspects the food going out to diners should be fired. They would NEVER pass Gordon Ramsey's inspection....you...
