ZERO STARS!!!! First off the lady that answered the phone was rude and hung up on me without even appropriate goodbye. Customer service is big for me 🤷🏽‍♀️ Sorry not sorry, anyways I ordered shrimp lo mein with extra shrimp. I got extra shrimp AND ALUMINUM FOIL !! 😡 Called back at 10pm the rude lady answered explained to her what I found her response was “ I make new for you”. Umm not tonight maybe tomorrow. Well tomorrow comes and I decide I’m not gonna return for new food or future food. I call around 4pm once I got out of work and explain I am not interested in returning and would rather just like my money back. She tells me to call back later, I do and she instructed me that the owner would like the food back from 10pm last night. Very disappointed first time tried I called first about the combination talked to a man said no problem, But when I got there she said she couldn't put less gravy in the chop suey or chow main combination, only charge more for xtra but I wanted less said she cant do so I asked could get beef fried rise instead, nope. I said ok do u add egg to it nope extra 1 dollar for an egg mixed in, which most Chinese restaurants already put egg in for free, . So for a 895 meal. Any other Chinese restaurant will give me beef fried rice instead, she would not So for a 895 combination I dinner , I paid xtra. But I figured ok let's see how good it is Not as good as I've had in other places who are much nicer. Dont eat here. Ordered take out hot soup and hunan chicken. Asked for extra mushrooms and scallions. She said ok 2$ extra income said I want it in soup and the hunan chicken she said ok 4$. I said thats fine just be sure that you put extra in there. Sure as hell got the order and no more than usual but ofcourse they charge the 4$ more. I called them and said they're are not extra she said yes I put them in. I said where are are 4 mushroom pieces in a extra large hot and sour soup and like the same amount of scallions.
