Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

Using my phone prior to entering this location, I was prepared to order online and get a Buy One Get One for 50% off. However, I entered the store in hopes of simplifying the process. I was told that they could not give that online deal, but they had a 2-for-$12.99 deal. As that was even better, I said "Sounds good" and proceeded to order. Upon check-out it was asked for the full amount, and was told since I didn't have a coupon, that was the cost. This was the first time the word "coupon" was uttered, and why someone would mention a deal from a physical coupon is beyond me. I attempted to accommodate the situation by saying I could place the order online as I first intended, and at least get the BOGO50 deal I first asked about. My compromise was declined. This devolved into a small argument before I decided to walk out leaving the food behind. At no point was there an attempt to work with me at all. Zero "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding/confusion" of any kind. I'd say I hope the subs I left sitting on the counter went to someone who needed them, but I'd be just as happy if they were stuck where the sun...

Just left this Subway, ordered a Roastbeef sub, which was on the menu board. Was told that they weren’t available due to unavailability of roastbeef! I asked why was it not blocked off on the menu, the girl waiting on me started to explain, but a man who walked out from the back kitchen area started talking over her. He was practically yelling over her and very very rude. I had tried to tell him that I could get a roast beef sub a 2 other places in town and I thought that was strange. He kept yelling over me and again very Rude!! It turns out he is the owner of this franchise! I’ll be call or turning in my experience with him through the internet given on the receipt!! I will not be going back to...

I have always enjoyed going to subway , good tasting, healthy food . What's not to like about that ? Nothing up until recently moving from Greenville , VA rite up road to Stuarts Draft ,Va whitch is but a couple miles apart but a million miles apart in there Subway in Stuarts Draft . Needless to say I've ate in Draft subway on two different occasions, horrible , worst subway service , worst atmosphere and second worst is nowhere even close (never been to a subway that I didn't like) to this dump . I really don't no why I even gave them 1star . Will be driving bye it for now on to go to the other three locations that I frequent in the county . Do yourself a favor and do the same...
