Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

I used to throughly enjoy this subway establishment, NOT ANYMORE I went in with a group of friends 40 minutes before closing yes i know that sounds bad but we were not going in like 5 minutes before closing, we got NOTHING but attitude by this short mean little woman she walked out of the bathroom and muttered under her breath words that are not family friendly then gave me nothing but attitude I understand that you're not happy we walked in trust me I understand but giving us nothing but attitude is NOT ok i'm going to take a break from this subway and go to the Subway Station down the street please try and fix the attitude so when i come i don't have to be scared to order a 6...

So I won't go into explicit detail on my experience today, however I made a mobile order and picked it up on my way to work. The sandwich was poorly put together, there were barely any ingredients on the sandwich, they didn't bother to cut it in half though it was a foot long, and to top it off my bread was stale. The icing on this terrible experience cake was when I called letting them try to fix the mistake and I was met with the response that they couldn't do anything about it but next time they'll put actual effort into making the sandwich properly. It's safe to say that I am way less than pleased and will not be suggesting that anyone frequent this...

I haven't had issues any other time I came here, but this is rather annoying. There are signs out front saying open until 2am everyday. There is a piece of paper on the door stating on New Years Eve they will be closing early, and opening late on New Years Day. That is fine, expected even. Thank you for letting us know. That does not explain why today (29 December), the store is closed at 11pm. Three hours before your signs out front proudly proclaim you are open until. With nothing else anywhere states you will be closed...
