Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

When we went last Friday they didn't have any bread. They had honey wheat, or flat bread. Since my 9 year old had wanted to eat there all day we went ahead and ordered two 6 in flat-breads., even though we weren't exactly thrilled to have to. When the girl working at the toppings bar put her toppings on she completely broke her flat-bread down the middle and hurried to wrap it up. As i was picking out my veggies she acted annoyed, rude and rushed me so it was super sloppy. My daughter couldn't pick hers up to eat it so i went up to see how long it would be on bread and was told they had ONE Italian loaf but it was too hot to cut. I insisted he try and guess what? It was fine. Not even warm when we got it to the table where i had to put her sandwich back together. The poor young guy behind the counter was trying his best and making subs, cleaning the tables, and getting fussed at by the girl who just stood toward the back and didn't want to work. After eating we got a sub for my husband to take home and eat since they finally had bread. She made the guy cleaning the tables come help her make it instead of just doing it herself. There wasn't a line at all! I did see a manager at one point, in fact she rang up our first sandwiches. Where was she while this poor young man was being harassed by his coworker and making him do EVERYTHING? Honestly had we known any of this was going to happen we would've went to Jersey Mikes. We wont go back to this location. Its a shame because the young guy that was there was wonderful! He was super helpful and polite! Too bad he has to put up...

Just left from here very disappointed. I walk in. No getting of any kind. Stood there in line while the kid was finishing up the order in front of me. While he was ringing her up at the register, another employee came up from the back. She washed her hands and put her gloves on, I thought my order was about to be taken. But nope, sure wasnt. After I had been standing there for about a good 7 mins, she starts making an online order, then the next thing I know the kid walks to the back, and here he goes through the lobby and out the door to take his break. Still no one has even acknowledged at this point that im still standing there waiting to place my order! It would have been different if someone would have at least acknowledged that I was even there. A simple "ill be right with you" would have made a world of difference and I wouldn't have taken my business elsewhere. And the other night when I done an online order and doordashed it, the bread wasnt right and the cookies weren't what I ordered either. So I ended up throwing it away. Only thing right was my drink. Stopped here for a quick bite to eat on a road trip. I do not recommend this location. I came on Sunday, 12/15 at 11:45. The store was busy, but the attendants were very rude. They seemed unhappy to have customers and sighed at every request that was made. The gentleman in front of me ordered 4 footlongs and the attendant inly made one, when he asked for 3 more there was visible sighs and frustration from the attendant.

When I asked for 2 veggie sandwiches, gloves were not changed despite having just handled bacon on a prior order in front of me.

I asked for one footlong to be toasted and was again met withbsigh and ungly facial expressions. I asked for guacamole on one sandwich and was chastised by the chasier and attendant for not asking earlier, despite the guacamole dish being at the end with the condiments. They refused to spread it and again grumbled under their breaths. It is disappointing to spend $18 on food and feel like they would have rather that I didn't order at all.
