Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

I have done several surveys for this taco bell and most of the time I have at least 1 complement to give but its get ridiculous and after my lastest visit I don't have a single complement to give. It's only when night shift is working that I have any issues. It'd be different if the restaurant was busy during my visits but they never are when I go through. Not to mention it's every time I get food from here something is wrong wiht it. Some of what I ordered was a grilled cheese burrito no sour cream, chicken quesadilla, cinnamon twists, a Dr pepper and everything was rang up correctly on the receipt. But before I get to that, I pulled up to the spreaker and sat there for 2 minutes before anyone even spoke to take my order by which point 3 cars pulled in behind me. I get to the window and food was cold by the time I got it. I'm not sure why because as I said it was not busy at all and as long it took for them to finish my order while I was sitting at the window the food should not have been cold. Now for main issues with the food. The grilled cheese burrito no sour cream had a blob of sour cream on one end of it which was also where most of the steak was. The chicken quesadilla, more like a cheese quesadilla. Is there a cinnamon shortage I don't know about because the cinnamon twists I ordered were all twist no cinnamon. Lastly the dr pepper was flat and had more syrup than it did carbonated water. Get it together night shift, you all need to work more and goof off less it's...

Got there a few minutes after 3 pm today. Ordered our food waited 5 minutes then asked for my drink cup. A family of 5 came in about 7 minutes later then a couple after that. Still waiting on our food. The couple got there food, still waiting on mine which was about 25 minutes by now. Got up to go to the counter and sure enough the food for the family of 5 was on trays. Ready to be given to them. I asked when I was getting my food, I'm assuming the woman in charge who never came to the counter said Everytime a car drivers up it bumps you back. Are you serious? I took the time to park and walk in and get treated like crap. No welcome to Taco Bell no well have your order right up. It was like I wasn't there. Then 40 minutes later I finally got my food and had wrong it's and missing items from my order. I go back to the counter and wait and wait, finally I have to say excuse me, to get someone to respond one girl finally came and corrected everything for me. I had 2 orders is all. Is this really the way you treat your customers and the woman in charge has no people skills what so ever. I've eaten here many times. I definitely will not be returning now.
