Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

Food is always decent. Service is AWFUL!!!!!! Im standing there reading the menu. So the guy leaves, goes in the back, and doesnt return. Finally another person came in and he came right out. He finally took my order. Then went to pay. He scanned my coupon mumbling under his breath. Then said ‘it doesnt work’. Then he did the same thing over and over for about 10 minutes. So now, half my lunch break is over. So I asked him if he could over-ride. He said no. So I said ok never-mind and was going go leave. And suddenly he was able to read the coupon. So I pay. Them he says, your coupons dont work so dont bring them here anymore’. Ive been working at this hospital for 20 yrs. Same Subway, same employee. Dont understand why...

This Subway has some of the kindest owners I’ve ever met. Every time I walk in, they’re welcoming and treat you like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. They don’t rush you, they actually smile and talk to you, and you can tell they care about their customers. I saw the woman that works here walk a blind woman out to her car that’s when I knew they were truly great people. The food is always fresh and made with care, but it’s their kindness that really stands out. It feels good to spend money somewhere where the people truly appreciate you being there.
