I ordered 2 footlong subs through the app. Picked up 2 subs and realized one of the subs was wrong as soon as we got home and opened. I called right away to explain the mistake. I was very pleasant as I realized mistakes can happen in a busy environment. Marcos told me he needed to call the manager and requested I call back in 5 minutes. I thought that was odd, but did as asked. When I called back, I was told the manager (Justin) said the correct sub would not be made and that I could speak with him tomorrow. I am angry and told Marcos as much and that I would be expressing the same with Justin tomorrow! I'm hungry now! I want the correct sub I ordered and paid for now! Not tomorrow! I will NOT be ordering from this location again and I wanted to let others know what kind of management team is running...

The sandwiches are good. I give you that, but I didn't understand why a $5 footlong sub sandwich wind up costing me $8 to $10. Then what is the use of putting the commercials on TV for the $5 dollar footlong sub sandwich? Then all of the stores out there saying, That they are not participate in the advertisement every time. And they are still going up on the prices. (Now this part here is personal ; I have a registered card under the old point system. I had 728 point that equals 10.4 FREE foot long subs you switched to a new point system with a time limit on the life of the points, in which your new system cost me the equivalent of 7.4 FREE foot long Subs. I know you switched a few years ago but I have a serious hard time letting go of getting beat in the head and you choose to do...

It was our official first day back to the office today and since our cafeteria isn't yet open, our boss offered to buy us all lunch. I called this Subway at 8:30 am to order two catering boxes and a variety of chips to be picked up at lunch time. The gentleman who answered the phone was super friendly and helpful. When we arrived a few minutes early the staff were all working together to label each kind of sandwich and put our order in a beautiful bag to make it all easy to carry. The sandwiches were fresh, the condiments were provided in individual bags, plenty of napkins were tucked in nicely. The staff were friendly and kind and helpful and seemed excited to help us make our lunch easy and fun. I couldn't have asked for things to go any better! Our team really enjoyed...
