Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

This was the second time we went to order subway from this location and this time they really messed up, we got a foot long veggie sub when we had been charged for Mexicali and ordered that as well. When we went in to order, my husband asked them if coupons can be used for any and they said yes, however when we went to check out, the lady said no, my husband is not the confrontation type person so he went ahead and paid for it. We go home, check our subs and my sub was only vegetables with Mayo, I was upset so I took it back. The older lady attended me and I told her we had received someone's order as there was no meat in the sub; she argued that yes there is chicken as she "sees" chicken in there. So I asked her I may have been mistaken, can I please see the sandwich as I will take it back and she wold not give me the sub back, she kept saying yes it's there. So I went to side glass window and asked her to show me, she goes it's usually on the bottom and then she goes "oh yea there is no meat", in my head I'm like lady you are arguing with me on something you guys messed up on. I was respectful and patient, she kept talking and I politely asked her to make my sandwich so I can leave. Oh yea I also had my receipt and she asked if this is my receipt, I told her yes why would I bring anyone else's receipt. But oh man the worse worse experience. ⚜️J'espère et je prie pour que tout soit bien avec vous en cette journée triste et pluvieuse. ⚜️Je me suis arrêté plus tôt aujourd'hui pour prendre deux sandwichs de légumes pour change avec moi et un cher membre de la famille. ⚜️C'était agréable et agréable de faire l'affaire en ligne d'acheter un et obtenir un cinquante pour cent de rabais sur un sandwich secondaire. ⚜️Nous avons tous les deux pris les sandwichs avec beaucoup de légumes qui comprennent les oignons, les tomates, les épinards, les poivrons verts, les concombres, le fromage Jack de poivre américain classique, l'origan, parmesan saupoudres de fromage italien, le poivre noir, dans un pain de blé brun grillé, il était charmant et délicieux mais chaud et délicieux à manger avec une quantité généreuse de sauce chipotle épicée et de mayonnaise aussi bien. ⚜️C'était très agréable d'être traité chaleureusement par votre personnel bilingue dans les langues cousines romanes du français pour nous et l'espagnol pour eux, bien qu'ils aient souhaité parler français comme nous l'avons fait, mais nous avons parlé brièvement dans le terrain commun de l'anglais pour le dire doucement, diplomatiquement et officiellement. ⚜️En outre, je leur ai donné Dieu béni comme un chrétien qui se sépare chaleureusement aimant pour leur adorable service en effet. ⚜️C'était super cool et bonne expérience de restaurant anglophone francophone du début à la fin en effet dans ma noble vision chrétienne française en Amérique chrétienne. ⚜️En cadeau au monde de google de mon voyage français sophistiqué et fantaisiste et des critiques d'aventure est la belle photographie et l'œuvre d'art du sandwich de métro qui ont de nombreux endroits à travers le monde, y compris l'Amérique qui est la terre de leur franchise restaurant naissance.⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️

This Subway Restaurant gives the best customer service EVER! I live near 2 Subway Restaurant but I only go to this location every chance I get. They really strive to make your sandwich the way YOU like it. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I wish I could go there every day. Every time I do go there I get an amazing experience and the employees always make sure to tell me have a great day. The restaurant is very clean and smells delicious when I go inside. I recommend whoever's is reading this review to go to Subway someday...
