Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

Me and my brother ordered from this subway first my brother orders his sandwich and asks for olives he then looks at the olives and says they are all frozen the lady behind the counter says and I quote “ no they are not frozen” I look over in the olive container to see the entire thing of olives frozen solid. He then says it’s okay I don’t want any olives we then get our sandwiches and go to take a seat we look around and EVERY SINGLE SEAT was covered in crumbs, dirty napkins and filth! Now if it were busy I would not have thought much of it but we were literally and I mean literally the ONLY people inside. We then proceed to tell her that every table is filthy and there is nowhere to sit. The “manager” (lady behind the counter) then laughs. I just ordered subway from this store and had awful experience. I used the app to order foot long chicken teriyaki and asked to have sauces separately on special instructions because I planned to eat sandwich few hrs later and didn't want the sub to get soggy.

When I received the sub the sub already had sauces in there and not on the side. I went back to the store and asked for new sandwich since it wasn't my mistake and I didn't get what I ordered.

The lady at the counter was upset and she was mad at me. Me who had to come back to the store for her mistake.

I stopped at this Subway because I was in a rush. The location is off Westfields after the gas station. Entering the facility, I found it immaculate. I found it very, very clean. The setup for the food was good, and the items appeared fresh - and that's a plus. The server was very courteous and remarkably friendly, which sets the tone of the Subway experience. The food was good and so filling. I couldn't finish it right away, which means the servings were above average. Keep that in mind because I know I will because I'm going back. Price wise, it could be better, but it's inflation season. I would recommend it just because of the friendliness by itself, but the did is...
