THIS Taco Bell located at 8652 Richmond Hwy (Engleside Plaza) is wonderful! The staff here are all great, whether you go in to pick up your meal inside or go to the dive thru! I love THIS Taco Bell! I've eaten inside and seen them serve large groups or families sometimes and they get all the orders right. (You know how you go into some fast food restaurants and almost every customer is coming back because their order is wrong, I've NEVER seen that at THIS Taco Bell!) And ALL the staff here seem to work well together; they give good customer service to ALL their guests!
(NOTE: For all the people saying you can't come inside, you HAVE to use the drive thru only, THAT is the OTHER Taco Bell, further up (near Lockheed Blvd), but also on Richmond Hwy, not this one! The Taco Bell located at 7230 Richmond Hwy (near Lockheed Blvd) is the horrible one that always keeps their doors locked and won't serve customers inside!! The managers there act like they don't want to be there! They are worst than the rest of the poor employees there. (Hopefully the two decent employees that work there will find better jobs soon, if they haven't already.) They should just close THAT restaurant down. Horrible! I'm originally from Texas. I guess I am just use to getting what a person pays for when you have rival competition around. I feel that this franchise has achieved a great advantage in its market by existing while only managing to accomplish nothing. The sense of pride is non existing while being consitence at only producing a product that cannot even be called a meal. This is no doubt a prime example of a great firm that is only as strong as its weakest link. Im sure this company has no aspirations to monopolize because their middle management doesn't. The blamed cannot be place on the kids who are reluctant to take a orders or serve food with pride. They recently remodled this location and it is much nicer than before.
The Bathrooms are clean, and the dining area is quite comfortable for Taco Bell.
What was also impressive, was that the pricing seemed to be less expensive than other Taco Bell's in the area. I think another point to consider is that the KFC menu items are slighly overpriced compared to actual KFC Restaurants. My 2 friends and I were well-fed for under $15.
The day we went was actually the second day that they re-opened, and there weren't many people there at all. In terms of the location, I think it's pretty well situated with enough parking and a drive-thru as well.
The food is typical Taco Bell, I especially like the MexiMelt and Grilled Stuffed Nachos. I will never stop...
