This is the most unprofessional little Caesars I've ever been too. I was asking for my order and the lady named Frances claimed there was no order with that name. How is that possible if I was able to get into the portal with my name showing on it yet my food wasn't in there? She got an attitude with me when come to find out, her or whoever placed the food in the portal, didn't put it in all the way and that's why my food was missing. When she handed my order to me, I told her you don't need to have an attitude and she said she doesn't, she's just matching energy. Well you don't know how to read energy because I never had an attitude. It's very natural for a customer to act in defense about their order somehow not exisiting especially when I just accessed the portal with my name. When I left she said have a nice day and I told her you too because you really need it and her and her co workers proceed to laugh as I walk out. Very unprofessional. Frances, I want you to know that is exactly why you work at little Caesars and that's all you will ever be good for with your so called attitude of 'matching energies.' In customer service, you are supposed to serve the customer. The customer is always right. You don't match energies because that's extremely unprofessional and how to NOT keep a job. If everyone decided to match energies at their job, nobody would be working. That is probably why you and your co workers kee kee and ha ha ha because Little Caesars must be the only place where they let their employees act anyway towards their customers. That very attitude keeps you under in life. It's very sad for a grown woman to be so concerned with matching energies instead of delivering outstanding customer service. You will never amount more to life with that attitude and I hope you grow from this experience. I truly feel sorry for you because if anyone had a poor attitude, it was you with that mindset. This establishment needs better training for its employees or to get rid of them if that's how they are going to be towards customers. She was already flustered from an order before me being missing so how do I know that attitude wasn't taken out on...

The Petersburg VA location is definitely in need of an over haul on taking care of the customer my husband ordered some pizza at 6:42 pm to be ready at 7:11 pm and we are in line at 7:15 and are still in line at the drive thru at 7:55 received the email that our food is ready but we are stuck in a line where people are ordering as they get to the window…the store is locked which I understand Covid is a thing this is not working every time we wait almost an hour for our food and I don’t see any change why not do curbside to go if your that scared of Covid and won’t open the doors then why not allow pick up from the oven box as soon as you open the door with a code you would double your business and get the patrons in and out if you do curbside it would just involve a runner but here we have associates open the door for friends and family and hand them pizza while we wait a ridiculous amount of time for something we paid for….you can see the employees scarfing down pizza and breadsticks and licking there fingers which mind you they prob haven’t washed there hands so thanks for the flu or upper respiratory infections I’ll prob get from this forget the Covid be sanitary! this kind of service will cause this location to suffer but I don’t think management cares so why should I still provide them my money. I guess if they don’t care it’ll be another washed up business in a washed up location and that’s a shame someone needs to step in and lead them because the management team apparently isn’t. If they did they’d step in and fix it. 8:00 pm still awaiting my food 8:49 pm still waiting for my food as I am waiting another patron has entered and left the facility with pizza 8:54 still in this line at this point I want my money back and the gas I’ve wasted and my pizza for free

Read moreI came through the drive-thru this evening ordered 2 pizzas cheese and beef. I ended up waiting on them which was totally fine. Get my pizzas get home eat then my notifications go off on my phone. It’s my capital one card just that quick an employee there had taken down my card number and used my card for a $17 ride from Lyft, then ordered doordash of $176 to there home from Boil Bay. I called to speak to management but of course no answer cause they don’t answer the phone to much in evenings. Needless to say, I will not be going back there anymore this was it for me. The person that did this left a paper trail so I will be taken legal action. Lyft happily sent me over the driver and the person info that ordered the ride. An, management from Boil Bay will be getting back with tomorrow to confirm the info from that purchase as well! This is unbelievable, sad, and very unprofessional! This is the type of employees you have in this establishment?! Please be careful...
