I purchased an order of chicken teriyaki sticks and pork lo mein. There was supposed to be 5 sticks but it was only 4. The lo mein looked like a small portion. After seeing this I called back and inquired about the missing chicken stick, which 5 teriyaki sticks was printed on my receipt, the lady apologized and said the bagger made a mistake. I was not reimbursed with the food or the difference of the order. But they did call me back to tell me they had changed their portion size from 5 to 4. But it hadn’t been changed on the menu or the receipt.
