Best Wings & Tacos — Restaurant in Virginia

Love finding new places to eat and this one has a massive menu we were eager to try out. We got a grilled chicken rice bowl, chicken quesadilla, Philly cheese steak, and honey BBQ boneless wings.

First off, the food looked excellent, check out the photos. They’ve got good ingredients and the food is a good start but has room for improvement. The rice bowl was by far the best item of what we got and don’t have any complaints. The quesadilla was surprisingly not very cheesy. Load it up guys! The Philly cheese steak was pleasant but also didn’t have as much cheese as you’d expect and could use more seasoning or something. Don’t be afraid of flavor guys! The boneless wings flavor was great but this time the chicken itself had been overcooked too much because it was pretty tough to bite into and chewy after that. Just need to not cook as long.

Again, a newly launched place so I look forward to trying out more of their options in the future and hopefully they continue to improve as they get feedback.

It’s run by very friendly people. I give them a 3/5 for now. Let’s see if they can raise that score next time.

UPDATE: Two months later we returned to see how things were going. Looks like they monitor their feedback because everything had improved this time around. The rice bowl, which was the best item on our first visit, got even better and more flavorful. Tried out the steak tacos and they were great. So the food is actually flavored well but they don't listen well. The first time I ordered the fish plate that comes with rice and a salad and my fish was undercooked. It hurt my stomach, I thought it was an accident so I said something, they didn't just take the constructive criticism and fix it they kind of tried to explain it so I just advised that they cook my fish hard. The next two times I got tacos they were tasty but empty. It was barely any corn or beans 😒. When I ordered and said to put extra there was no change. One of the times I added pico the taco was amazing, they're very stingy though. They seem to split one piece of fish on 3 tacos. The last time I ordered my daughter did it for me and didn't stress to make sure they cooked the fish well and I got sick again. You ARE NOT supposed to eat undercooked fish but they seem NOT to care. I can't support a company like that so I'll never buy again 😐🤨. Definitely don't get the grilled fish...
