Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

If I could give 0 stars I would. The first time I ordered through the app, I walked in to pick up, only said my name, and got yelled at for being 5 minutes early to pick up.

Today I begrudgingly ordered from them on the app again because the app "claimed" that this location accepted a coupon that my regular location did not. Yeah right, now I know better. I instantly got emails that my order was confirmed...then canceled by the Shop.

When I called, the lady who answered was very rude and was shouting at someone in another language (I couldn't tell if it was at me or another employee) I spelled my name, described my order, and explained the situation three times before she just hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN am I straying from my other location. These people must not want to make any money and might as...

I always come here cause it's convenient to my home and I get coupons in the mail for the restaurant however everytime I go in they seem like I'm inconvenience to them as they wait for me to pick my bread and I always get the same thing and everytime it gets to the SWEET PEPPERS they always scatter like they picking up alot and once put on sub it's maybe 6 slivers of sweet peppers so when I ask for more he says " don't be greedy that's to much sweet peppers" I politely replied "make a button for extra and I can afford to pay for anything extra I want on MY SUB THAT IM PAYING FOR". HE IS VERY hairy all over and always has his arms exposed to the food which concerns me as hair does shed. Today is my last day eating here and enough is enough I will be contacting corporate...

I'm a huge Subway fan but this store was worse than anyone's imagination; the food looked icky; the worker Vipin didn't want to give me two extra napkins. When I asked for extra cucumbers he got mad at me even though those are the only veggies I get on my sub. He didn't know how to use the Subway app and he was getting mad at me for wanting to use it and then when I showed him which button he needed to press he finally did it and it worked but he didn't even apologize. Also, the food was icky like it's been sitting there for longer than it's supposed to. I saw the worker scratch his head with his gloves on and continue making the person in front of me's sandwich. Two people left the store after witnessing his rudeness with me. Do NOT recommend this...
