I'm not going to blame the whole restaurant but the waitress Jessica is disgusting. The way my daughter and boyfriend were treated is unacceptable. As soon as they pulled up last night you could see the table had trash still under it from previous costumers. As soon as they walked in Jessica the waitress was being nasty to the people she was working with. Then after she went up to the table they were sitting at with an attitude saying "what do you want." They told her, she proceeded to just stand there like they were supposed to know what they wanted to eat as soon as they sat down. Then they went ahead and told her what they wanted. She took the cooks their order and was throwing dishes around. She gave them their food minus the drinks and the waffles. Then when she seen them looking towards her and she said " I know your waffles" in a ugh kinda way. She proceeded to ask the cook if they were ready knowing they were ready and just sitting there. They get the waffles, still no drink. So they were finally fed up, they didn't touch anything. They decided to just leave before things got worse. So she starts beating on the glass from inside. Saying "she's not paying for their food." That they were dining and dashing. When they didn't even touch anything. She runs outside behind the car and said "hit me and I'll call the police." And started banging on the back of the car like a syco. My daughter's boyfriend got out and said he could pay no problem. But, another woman that was very nice that works there. She came out and was trying to get Jessica to stop acting crazy. And told them that she knew how she had been acting and not to worry about the food. That they could go that she understood. Sooooo, needless to say Jessica the waitress doesn't need to be there. If you are that disrespectful and unhappy to be there then don't work there. Read moreMy experience was awful! This was my first visit. The service staff was good however the Manager Dewitt was not! I am a 63 yr old and I came in to get a take out breakfast order. I was instructed by a very nice waitress/cashier to download the app to order take out. After downloading the app I was unable to process the payment. There appeared to be a glitch with ApplePay. However, I had sufficient cash to cover the order. I approached the courteous cashier and explained my situation. She immediately consulted the Manager(Dewitt). Dewiitt immediately replied without giving it much thought”There is nothing we can do she has to pay on the app”. His statement was surprisingly disheartening. because I was standing directly in front of a cashier register. I asked if he was the manager and he replied yes. I then asked if I coukd speak with him on the side. I explained what transpired with the app and asked if he could extend a customer courtesy as I was only ordering an Allstar breakfast. He said he could not accommodate me because if did it for me he would have to do it for everyone. At this point I was confused because there was no other customers waiting to be serviced. So who is the Everyone!? My thought is I was clearly a dissatisfied customer although I was polite the entire time despite my frustration. What happens in instances where an elderly customer is unable to download the app? It would require less time to ring me up and collect the cash for my order. in a customer service role the Manage should be better trained to go above and beyond or to think I outside of the box to better service the customer’s needs. Read moreDuring my visit to the Waffle House with my significant other, as we drove up to this location from the windows looking in we noticed that the tables were not properly cleaned underneath from previous customers. The behavior of one of the employees, Jessica, was disrespectful towards her coworkers not only them but when taking our order, she lacked professionalism and made disrespectful comments. Furthermore, she failed to provide us with our drinks as we said them in the beginning of her asking us “what did we want”. Despite receiving our food, we did not receive our waffles or drinks. As we decided to leave without consuming any of the food, Jessica confronted us aggressively banging on the glass as we were waking out accusing us of attempting to dine and dash. It's important to note that we had not touched any of the food and offered to pay.
