While the staff are friendly and attentive, the overall service to the property and the business fall short of expectations for a Wawa. As an electric vehicle driver, I visit this location frequently because Google navigation sends me to the EV Go fast charging stations that are named Mayra and Demarcus. Myra has been out of service for a few weeks and Demarcus partly works (ccs only) with obvious need of repair to the other plug and the ccs holder. Twice over the past three days there have been no soap in the women’s restroom; the first time it occurred, another woman advised me to wash my hands in the men’s room and this time I just went to my car to get whatever cleaning items I had to sanitize my hands. Homeless people loiter by the recycle/trash bin near the entrance. One of the concrete planters next to an EV charging station parking space can be a road hazard and the stop sign on the way out is too far inward to be considered a marker of where that other concrete planter extends into the driveway thus creating another hazard. As I waited for my electric vehicle to charge, I saw a vehicle on the opposite side of the bushes and black fence drive with a clanking sound on its way to Brook Rd with a flat tire on the front passenger side before turning left in the direction I presume was to the tire shop on Brook Rd, so the overall condition of the Wawa and it spaces are probably a consequence of the area in which it is located.

Stopped in for food but didn't get to eat any of it. The sandwich was supposed to be a toasted chicken cheese steak with tomato sauce, spinach, pepperoni, and peppers. What I received was a water logged piece of disintegrated bread, with some chicken, spinach, and peppers. I'm assuming the "sauce" they use it's just red colored water; and their "toaster" is a microwave. I couldn't actually eat the sandwich because when I picked it up from the wrapping, it fell to pieces through my fingers down the side of the truck and onto the ground. Avoid this Wawa at all coats!

This Wawa is very busy. They offer great service but get swamped with he random Chamberlyn people and Walmart people. There's usually a line and they need to go ahead and make another Wawa across the street even though there's one down the road past big Walmart. Really nice staff just too busy and they end up having to rush a lot of the bathroom ends up trashed because some weirdo decided to do weirdo stuff in it.

I love Wawa for my one of a kind ice chips which for the longest was only ever found at the hospitals for patients, which I've been one of all my life. Even growing up in the hospital because of my no cure, life threatening Disease that I've had all my life & was born with called Sickle Cell Anemia SS, I've always strongly stuck to my cylinder shaped crushed ice. I didn't learn til my late teens that Wawa's had it too free of charge & possibly just slightly better/softer "MAYBE" than the hospitals cylinder shaped crushed ice (not positive though, it could just very well be exactly the same. Plus, about 5+ years ago I've come to realize my ice calms me down anxiety wise which I have extreme cases of all day of everyday, calms the road rage I used to have from being frustrated by the oh sooo many none good driving people I share the roads with that don't pay attention to nothing they do wrong. My ice calms my nerves!!!!! Most of all I think I mainly enjoy crushing on the ice amongst other reasons I'm not sure of yet, other than not having to be painfully crying, sick in the hospital to have access to my ice. But, 5+ years ago after realizing the ways it calms me, all of a sudden about 3+ years ago my heart literally felt broken because all the Wawa's stopped having my particular type of ice. I know it may seem like something so minor & dumb but it wasn't for me especially with all I deal with, not just life wise but also health wise plus so much more. I just found out by my younger sister around the 2017 New year that some Wawa's had been bringing MY Cylinder Crush/the special ice back, but I didn't wanna believe her only to be let down if my ice wasn't back at this location, being that we were going to my main Wawa's (on Brook Rd & I believe Wilmer Rd, if it's not Wilmer then it's about a block away from Azalea Ave) it's my main Wawa's because it's the closest Wawa's in distance to where I live. But.... Yes they had replaced the boring flat square ice everyone has (especially fast-food places with the Coco Cola multi flavor/drink machines) with my favorite ice.

I don't know whether to think my many survey comments plus my begging & pleading in those comments to bring my fav crushed ice back & explaining my health issues & my hurt, heartache & anxiety possibly touched a/done readers heart to do something to bring my Wawa's crushed ice back after a 3+ years struggle without it or maybe even My GOD or possibly both, but I'm greatly happy to have my ice back without ending in the hospital which I've been out the hospital for about 9-10 years which is a huge blessing for me, someone who grew up to know the hospital as a second home & family from being in & out of there every other month at the least & every other 2-3 weeks at the most, just to get home after that time in the hospital & still need 1½-3 weeks to finish & fully recoup to my usual daily level of pain I'm able to deal with & go on like a normal person (whatever that may be or mean) while pretending I have no pain at all day after day, when I actually do feel pain. Small pain of call it but I think anyone else wouldn't be able to deal. Btw, just because it's been that long since I'd had to be in the hospital, doesn't mean I've been only having my daily I can deal pain. I've had some strong painful pain days but I find ways to deal with it on my own, now if it continue to get worse to where I'm in agony & can't stop squirming, screaming & crying from how badly I hurt then I get a ride to the hospital. My GOD has had me though as he always have from the day I was born & that's why I try not to worry, at...

got a cheese steak, could have gotten a 5 gallon bucket of juice out of my bread when I got it.....don't make the food if you can't put meat on bread without ALL the juice!!...Jesus....it was like I went outside and hosed my bread down....I doubt anyone from wawa will even read this or even care.....tighten up people...when you scoop the meat...have a way to drain the freakin juice!....but when you don't care you just don't care...some of them let the juice drip for a while....others just scoop and throw on the bread..these people should be cleaning the toilets and let the people who might care a little make the subs......if I handed any one of these employees this sub they would not have eaten it.....take pride in whatever you're doing please.....if you're not capable of constructing an edible submarine sandwich then please go find a job elsewhere....I'm sure there's someone out there who will try given...
