Avoid this Wendy’s like the plague!!! Not sure why but every time I pull up to the drive thru and try and take my order they never have one thing or another. I can understand once or maybe twice…but the last 3 times??? First you don’t have any baked potatoes. Then you don’t have any chocolate frosty’s. Oh sorry, we’re all out of spicy nuggets? Did I mention that you could be the only person in line and they will still tell you one minute please before they even take your order. I got so frustrated my last visit and believe you me…this is my neighborhood Wendy’s…but I will travel a couple miles to the J Clyde location because at least they own up or try and rectify when they’re customers are unhappy. Not like when I pulled up to this location and told whoever was taking my order that they had to do better with not having the actual items posted on their sign. Before I can finish my comment some lady I’m assuming was a supervisor said uhm sir! You’re not gonna talk to my drive thru attendant like that….lol…I said say less and took my business elsewhere. I understand that you may not like your job but paying customers pay your salaries! Do your job! Do better! Update* I know I promised not to go here again but just worked a 13 hour shift and was craving a burger. Read moreI’ve given this location a try so many times. But I can safely say I will never return to this Wendy’s location again. Which is unfortunate, as it’s the closest location to my house and I do enjoy Wendy’s. Most of the time, the service I receive at the drive thru window is very pleasant, personable, and my favorite of all, honest. But what happens in that kitchen is beyond me. I’ve brought home food that was made incorrect even though it was wrung up correctly (which could be an expo issue I understand, but bear with me), fries that come out of the window cold which doesn’t make any sense because even if they’re old, they should be under heat lamps and hot. I’ve had hair in my food, and I’ll never forget the time I found a whole ant smashed into my breakfast biscuit but I could still make out the whole ant. Read moreI placed a mobile order....when I got there, apparently they couldnt find the order in the system. I guess a manager abruptly came on the speaker and reiterated she couldnt find it and if I was at the wrong location.. I said no. I said I'm looking right at my confirmation on my phone. The manager got rude and said I understand that but I dont see it. I said well ive been charged for it also and I have the confirmation code. Again, the same rude person said I dont know what to tell you, I dont see it. I said I placed the order 20 min ago. I guess after some digging, she found my order. Her tune changed real quick and she became nice all of a sudden. I get to the window...received no thank you after being handed the food. I asked for extra ketchup and was only given 2.
