Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

As a frequent diner at the Wendy's on Loisdale Road, I can confidently say that this is one of the best fast-food experiences I've had. From the moment you walk through the doors, the restaurant exudes a welcoming and well-maintained atmosphere.

Worst Wendy's ever. On one occasion I attempted to get early morning breakfast. They are (supposed to) open at 6am. I was there at 6:05 am at the drive through. No one was there. The person in front of me left. I sat at the window for 5 minutes. Still no one around. I drove around front and saw one elderly lady inside. Drove to the drive through again. Waited another 5 minutes. No response! Drove up to the window and waited a few minutes until I finally saw the old middle eastern lady walking around. I honked my horn to get her attention. She was irritated and had a attitude. It took about ten minutes to receive my order. The chicken on a muffin was terrible. The muffin was dry, as if it had been setting all night. The chicken had some kind of disgusting hard gristle through most of it which was not edible. The other night I made the mistake of going there again. I was told to drive around front to wait for my frosty because the machine wasn't ready. I waited in front for ten minutes. The Manager let someone out the front door and staired at me. Five minutes later he walked by again pausing to stair at me again. I drove to the drive through once again and waited at the speaker and advised them I was back for my three drinks they forgot about. After 15 minutes I get up to the window and the kid tries to charge me again. Are you freaking kidding me! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND...

I come here a lot because it's convenient. The food is usually good..but they always find some way to screw things up. Whether it's a hard bun, only 3 nuggets in an order of 4, OFTEN unsalted fries, or fry holders (whatever the size) only filled up about 75%. It is truly unbelievable the small things that are always screwed up here. Without fail, it's always something completely inexcusable. Go back to training your staff(especially late night) on the basics. It's truly laughable and really frustrating. Very poor when you know something is gonna be screwed up 9 out of 10 visits. I've held off on posting this for a very long time but the owner needs to know that this place rarely gets everything right.

Update...3 weeks+ and no response. Visited once a couple weeks ago and the buns were stale, the meat was dry and the fries were un salted. Today is the 14th of July and I thoughtfully suggest that anyone going to Wendy's in the area take a few extra minutes and just go to the Van Dorn location because it is always outstanding and exactly as it should be 100% of the time from my experience. I also suggest that the owner of the Wendy's on Loisdale road and any employees that give enough of a damn to know what a true Wendy's experience should be like should also go to that location on Van Dorn for a meal.
