My family has been visiting this restaurant since the sixties I'm pretty sure. Me myself I've been visiting this restaurant since the eighties Never once had a problem with food or servis however Today I made a mobile order And the very young girl at the window with braids was very very rude . after she handed me the food I preceded to check out every bag because it was multiple items in 4 bags .she looked down at Me in a very rude and disrespectful manner as I finished I said thank you and she just stared down with a very dark look on her face and said thanks very sarcastically. As I preceded to leave I realized my nuggets were very old and tasted funny so I looped around and parked in the mobile section. As i got out of my car She went straight to smiling ear to ear and even called her coworker over who came to the window and laughed looking directly at me while running her mouth on the other side of a closed window. I came inside and the manager was very very polite and helpful and got me new nuggets. Still by the drive thru the girl was laughing so hard she nearly fell down. After I got my nuggets the second girl walks up and makes a point to look at me with a very sarcastic smile while she ones up with the other girl. at then I noticed she was wearing a shirt with a blurry rappers face on it nothing to do with wendys i really doubt wendys allows shirts like this. I got my food and left If these children act like this to me then I can't imagine the dozens of people they have offended. Clearly the first girl did not want to be there from the negative look on her face. There wasn't anyone behind me in line so it's not like I was holding her up. People that act like this do not deserve to greet people everyday she had no respect for me or the manager on duty to act like this. In the 35 to 40 years I've been coming to this location I have never seen anyone so blatantly disrespectful with no regard to customer service . She does not deserve to work that window and needs to be put somewhere where she has no contact with customers. I actually went here after my high school prom in 2000 along with a group of friends it's has always been a very welcoming place and me and my family have alot of good mermoires eating with family member that arr no longer with us. The next time I go there If she's at the window I will ask to be helped by someone else. My daughter who is special needs even recognized how uncomfortable she made us feel. Read moreDuring this visit I wasn't impressed. I have visited this location multiple times and never really had an issue. Today, I was very disappointed. It wasn't crazy busy but it was steady and the line was going quickly. The lady who took my order didn't accurately take it. She left off a meal even though I requested 2 kid meals BOTH with sweet tea. Maybe she was rushing to get through thr line or was preoccupied with other things. This wasn't really the main problem. The problem occurred when I got to the window and paid and they only handed me one kids meal and drink. I told the cashier that I order 2 and she looked at me like she didn't know what to do and stated there was only one rung up. Well, I stated I needed two and she said they can't so add ons at the window and I would have to go wait in line again to order another one. This was completely ridiculous as the line was wrapped around the building and I had to wait again due to the mistake of the employee who took my order. I called and spoke with the manager on duty, Tay, he stated he would take care of me when I finally got to the window. Not quite sure why a manager had to take my payment and hand me my food but whatever... He stated that it was the new policy that they couldn't do add ons at window in order to make sure the line didn't slow down. This wasn't an add on.. it was the mistake of the employee and because of this policy and not adjusting for customer service reasons is beyond me. Read moreI stopped eating here 10yrs ago as food was awful and I never got correct order. I gave it another go when the new advertising came out about the fries. It's been hit and miss on them being hot and crsipy. Today I dropped in to order my sons dinner before going to my second job. My son calls saying his burger which was only suppose to have ketchup and cheese only was wrong. I am now at work and can't fix this. I paid just under $16.00 for soggy fries and a burger my son can't eat. Mondays my autistic son loves to have his burger and fries. I won't be home for a couple of hours and no doubt my boy will be calling me several times because he is hungry. I am not trying to be a Karen but how hard is it to serve a plain cheese burger and crispy fries like the advertisement says instead of warm soggy fries that have been sitting under a light too long. Now I will not be coming back here again as it is just not reliable. I will say the staff are lovely. So I rate this place a 1 on the food but a solid 5 for the people. Sorry Wendy's I am done. Maybe franchise owner should look at the reviews! I never wrote reviews that are negative but money is tight and this is a luxury for us. ...
