Updated Review 9/8/2024 STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
This place has completely lost me as a customer. I usually order food for 2 or 3 people and rarely over $20 so I don't order complex stuff. I order via the mobile app and usually arrive about 5 minutes after I order. My last 3 visits to this Wendy's has been horrible and the service awful. I've gotten used to waiting for a few minutes but recently it's gotten out of control. Last week I waited 10 minutes (more than 15 after ordering) for my order and the food was cold by the time I got home. A few days ago we tried breakfast. Waited 5 (more than 10 after ordering) minutes after I arrived and the food was cold and the order was WRONG and incomplete. Today is the last straw. I waited more than 15 minutes after going through the drive through and had to actually come back around to the window before I got my food. 5 cars that arrived after me received their food and went around me. There is no way 2 burgers, some nuggets, and a chicken sandwich could take this long to prepare. I didn't get my food for more than 20 minutes after ordering. On top of that when I got home the chicken nuggets were not finished cooking and my burger was not correct.

Read moreThe manager here is someone who I have spoken with over the years and always had a positive experience. Today I had a pick up, when I came in I was excited to catch up with him for about 30 seconds then gave him the name of my pick up. I saw the drinks on my order were ready, so didn’t think the food would be that long. I then waited for about 15 minutes and politely asked about my order again and reminded them of the name. They nodded back and then that’s when I noticed my order was sitting there ready (presumably the whole time). I then tried to say something being ignored for five minutes. Finally the manager responded and gave me the order. When I kindly said, I told you the name two separate times, he stated, “Oh I didn’t realize you were pick up.” When I told him again I had mentioned that, he simply said back “I don’t care.” So after I treated this man with respect, even mentioned how happy he seemed during our quick catch up, he spit in my face. Instead of at least making up an excuse for this treatment of me at the very least, he spit in my face and told he doesn’t care. There seems to be a pattern in these reviews and how I have seen him treat others over the years. It’s not right and it shouldn’t be allowed to continue. Read moreSo I’m coming from a different state pregnant and hungry, excited to stop and grab food. I go through the drive thru asking for a large cup of ice I get to the window and it’s a small cup. I then ask is this the large cup he tells me that “that’s all they can do or he will have to charge me. Which was ok I’m a customer and I asked for a large cup of ice so if it’s a charge I wouldn’t mind paying for it. ITS WHAT I ASKED FOR. I then ask for another small cup of ice the supervisor rolls his eyes and hands me the cup of ice. I then get my food I had a large fry, they then fill my fries half way. I ask for a full fry the young girl roles her eyes snatched my bag takes it back through the window. (Which I heard is a health violation) rips it and brings it back and give it to me I then wait she comes back to the window with an attitude and a bag in her hand because she knew she had ripped the bag. I honestly didn’t care about the bag or her attitude just politely asked for two straws I never received. I was very surprised to experience this kind of service in this area. All I wanted was a cup of ice I didn’t mind paying for. & a full fry and two straws. I understand they were rushing but I didn’t deserve this treatment kindve made me sad.
